So we can stay grounded throughout this meditation.
I want you to begin to visualize in your third eye tree roots growing out the soles of your feet.
Deep,
Deep down into the earth's energy.
All the way down to the core.
You can feel all the crystalline energy in the core.
With the tree roots feeding down,
You begin to feel pulses of the earth energy radiate up.
It's connecting in through the soles of your feet.
There is a frequency vibration of this earth energy.
You can feel it pulsate through the roots,
The soles of your feet all the way up through your body.
You're familiar with this energy now.
You know it's here to heal and ground you so you can stay on your path and in alignment.
It allows you to expand and grow and ascend.
This earth energy is familiar.
Connect with it as often as you can.
It is here to help you along your spiritual dance.
To carry you along the journey when it feels too much.
This earth energy that you feel coming through your feet is for you.
For all the good that you've done in this world.
How you face your fears and step truly in your power.
