This new day arrives and the sun has returned once again.

My eyes now open to this first moment of light coming to consciousness and recognizing the familiar sounds.

I awaken to this moment connecting with the present.

With each breath,

I release thoughts of both the past and the future as I allow myself to savor this present moment.

I am standing today to this new day resting in the return of the morning as it enters my awareness.

Today is here for me.

I have a purpose to fulfill in this moment and it starts with a commitment to living this day with presence and focus.

To see the beauty in the ordinary and receive its gifts today.

To remember gratitude and to receive its inspiration.

My awareness reminds me to live today with openness to new possibilities to hope.

I consciously connect with the internal life force that fills my body with energy and I decide to step into my life with courage and conviction.

I can do this.

I accept support.

I am alive.

This new day awaits me now.
