This meditation will be delivered to you in the first person.
So let's begin.
In this moment,
I choose to let go of the heavy baggage that weighs me down.
I visualize holding an old heavy suitcase and feel the relief in my body as I set down the suitcase.
My hands and arms are now free to receive this journey of transformation.
The fossils of memories that are layered and embedded in my awareness begin to dissolve as I let go and the wall of resistance gradually starts to crumble.
I look up and see a long cavernous archway of tree branches bending across the path.
I feel my feet as they step onto the soft grass.
A soft rain mingles with my own tears of release.
My feet are stepping forward into this portal as I feel the support of Mother Earth beneath me.
My feet are grounded,
Connecting with the Earth's healing magnetic field.
I am supported.
This portal is eternal.
It surrounds me with peace and protection.
I allow myself to surrender into this all-encompassing container of love,
Unconditional love.
I surrender to its light.
Here in this portal,
The cells of my body receive this love and light.
It's breathing in now,
This love,
This light into every cell of your body.
This love and light that surrounds me and flows through my hands and fingertips.
I feel its healing warmth flow into my body.
I place my hands now on the crown of my head and the warmth flows and intensifies.
I am tuned in.
I am plugged into my energy source.
Here is where I rest,
Where I am renewed.
Just as my body is fed with food and water,
My soul is renewed when I plug into this source.
It is up to me to initiate this transfusion.
And when I take that step,
I receive my energy,
My inspiration,
My love and assurance.
Here in this sacred,
Comforting space,
When I am renewed,
I remember again who I really am.
I step into a vision of myself that already knows my purpose for living another day.
Here in this larger,
Fuller version of myself,
I am the wise being.
The wise being holds the lantern,
Guiding me in this portal of transformation.
Here I remember who I was even before I was born.
In this portal of transformation,
I sense my openness for change.
I open to the spirit of freedom,
Of compassion,
Forgiveness,
Surrender,
Acceptance.
In this portal,
I see things more clearly.
I see things as they truly are.
In this transformational portal,
I am one with the divine universe from which I came and to which I return.
In this portal of transformation,
There is love,
Wisdom,
And peace.
I have all I need in this portal.
The troubles of the world are transient.
I step back into my life knowing I am one with my spirit.
I listen for guidance and receive the messages.
I trust my guidance and act on this inspiration.
I rest now here in this portal for as long as I choose.
I am at peace here.

I feel the cleansing rain continue to wash away all that is ready to be released.
Once again,
I feel the divine light shining down through my crown chakra flowing around and through me.
I am simply here in this moment,
Aware of my wholeness.
The past and the future no longer pull me away from the truth of this life.
I enter this portal over and over and each time,
I receive this awareness of my spirit.
