So when you're ready,
We'll begin our practice just by creating a long spine.
Softening the shoulders.
Closing down the eyes if you'd like.
We'll take three deep cleansing breaths.
Just inhaling through the nose.
And open mouth exhale,
Sigh it out.
Do that two more times.
Inhaling through the nose,
Open mouth exhale,
Letting it all go.
We'll now begin our affirmation practice.
Repeating each affirmation to yourself three times.
Every day I am learning and growing as a mother.
I am allowed to feel my emotions without judgment.
Every change in my body tells a story of love and creation.
My body is healing and it deserves rest and compassion.
I trust my instincts.
I know what my baby needs.
My baby and I are learning together.
I am thankful for the support I have around me.
I am resilient and strong and I can do hard things.
I am the right mother for my baby.
My baby is nourished with my love.
I deserve rest,
Love and care.
I am doing the best I can and that is enough.
I give myself permission to rest and let my body recover.
My heart is peaceful and my mind is quiet.
When I need help,
People are always there to support me.
Every day I grow more confident in my role as a mother.
This season of life is temporary and I can do this.
Now taking a big deep breath in through the nose and open mouth exhale,
Sigh it out.
Opening your eyes and continuing on with your day.
