Make yourself comfortable.

Grab everything that you might need.

And get cozy.

Close your eyes.

Breathe in through your nose and feel your belly rise.

Breathe out and sink deeply.

Into your soft,

Soft bed.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

You are safe.

You are comfortable.

And with every breath,

You are relaxed.

I'm going to name all of the different parts of your body.

You don't have to do anything.

Just listen.

Your feet.

Your legs.

Your tummy.

The belly button.

And the heart.

Your shoulders.

Your neck.

Your chin.

Your mouth.

Nose.

Cheeks.

Your ears.

Your eyes and your whole face to the top of your head.

Imagine yourself in a small wooden boat.

Floating and rocking gently on the ocean.

You are happy and peaceful.

Breathing in the fresh ocean air.

The sun is high in the blue sky.

And warm on your skin.

A few small fluffy clouds floating by.

Birds flying overhead and singing to one another.

Your feet are in the warm water.

And it gently laps over your toes.

A dolphin pops up in the water and swims on by.

Then pops up again.

He is blue and grey.

And you reach out your hand to touch him.

His skin feels smooth and sleek.

He looks into your eyes with kindness.

And you look into his.

He asks you in your mind.

And you speak to him too.

Let's go on an adventure.

I want to show you my home.

Climbing into the water you ride with the dolphin.

The water splashes up around you.

Moving fast through the water.

Whizzing past small fish under the surface.

The dolphin takes a big leap into the air.

Both of you flying high.

Before splashing back down into the ocean.

Diving deep under the surface.

You realise you can breathe underwater.

How amazing.

The dolphin looks into your eyes and tells you not to worry.

You see so many fish.

All different kinds.

Some are big.

Some are teeny tiny.

All different colours.

Shimmering almost silver.

Swimming down to the sea bed.

There is miles and miles of colourful coral.

Some small and some enormous.

Pinks and purples.

Yellows and oranges.

Blues and greens.

Like an underwater city.

With fish and crabs of all different sizes.

Funny little creatures you've never seen before.

And living plants.
