So I'll invite you to be comfortable or to make yourselves comfortable it's worth just taking those couple of moments to check in with ourselves and we're going to work through our whole bodies today so often we work with an energy center, A specific energy center within ourselves today and in this practice we're going to be the energy center we are the energy center so you might just imagine yourself as one great big chakra if you will or other energy center just aware of yourself as being of energy and within yourself you have a center so sensing in today to where the center of your energy is just going inwards and noticing that and then we'll set our breathing up so that we're breathing Reiki in and out so aware of yourself as an energy center here in the universe breathing in inviting Reiki energy to flow into this energy center so you might see yourself being filled by gentle golden healing energy you might feel it coming in with your breath you might just know it's there and then breathing out sending that energy outwards so breathing in gentle golden healing energy all the while aware of the center of your energy and yourself as an energy center breathing out allowing that energy to flow outwards and continuing that through our practice as you now sense into those parts of you parts of you that are touching the floor or the seat or the surface you're resting on so just sensing into those parts of your body continuing to breathe in that gentle golden healing energy and as you breathe out send your breath down into the ground and into the earth so even if you are like i am on a higher floor not on the ground floor you'll be able to sense into the earth's energy because the earth is so big and so deep that we're actually always inside the aura of the earth and this is of course what we call the atmosphere this is of course what we call the atmosphere so just breathing gentle golden healing energy in breathing out sending it downwards into the earth knowing that it will travel as deep as is needed and the next time as you breathe up having established that connection with the earth breathe energy in from the earth allowing it to flow upwards through your body before breathing it down again back down to the earth and we'll continue this flow for a couple of minutes so breathing in energy from the earth allowing it to fill your body breathing out sending it back down into the earth and then bringing your awareness back into your center so remaining grounded in the earth but coming back to that awareness of yourself as an energy center and the center of your energy and then sending your awareness upwards and outwards to the skies and the universe beyond so as you send your awareness upwards you're aware of this vast open space of the entire universe which is filled with heavenly key and on your next breath in breathe that energy into you feeling it flowing down this gentle golden healing energy and on your next breath out send energy back upwards and outwards to the heavens the sky and the universe beyond and we'll continue this flow for a couple of minutes so breathing in that vast universal energy breathing out sending that energy back out to the skies and the universe beyond up to the heavens and continuing this rhythm for another couple of minutes now and then remaining open to the heavens remaining grounded in the earth coming back to your center so aware of yourself as an energy center and aware of the center of your energy breathing that reiki energy in and out so inwards to yourself as center and outwards in all directions and then just becoming aware of the connection of all that is so you are an energy center and you are one of many energy centers in the universe each person who's practicing here is one each being many places and so just aware of yourself as one of many interconnected energy centers now and you might find that you become aware of some of your connections with the people that are close to you people that are near and dear to you the people that are physically close to you the place where you are all the people that are connected to the place where you are and of course all of us here all connected to each other and all connected to so much more to our web of life just aware of that connection now and perhaps inviting in or cultivating or recognizing or cultivating or recognizing a little bit of awe at how we are connected with all that is and how all that is is connected so just sitting with that for a couple of minutes inviting in that awareness of all the connections which already exist and then coming back to center coming back to your awareness of where and how you are in this moment and we're going to go ahead and release the practice but of course it's always available to you that grounding that connection with the earth that exists always for you all you need to do is direct your attention to be aware of it that openness that connection with the heavens that exists always for you all that you need to do is direct your attention to it and this interconnection is always here and again all you need to do is open your awareness to it but for now releasing the flow of Reiki energy so letting go of any visualization giving thanks to the Reiki energy and coming back into your into your physical body so aware of your breathing aware of your body making any movements that you might want to make taking any deep breaths that you might want to breathe and just aware of this very moment the sights and sounds and presence of this moment
