Hi.
Tonight I'm going to get you through a gentle meditation.
A quick one.
Find a comfortable seat or lie down on your back.
Now allow your eyes to be soft as they slowly seal shut.
Allow the jaw to relax.
Allow your body to grow softer.
From head to toe,
Just notice if there is anything you can let go of.
Melt the space in between your eyebrows.
Melt the space in your eyes.
Relax your cheekbones,
Relaxing the lips,
Moving towards the jaw.
Relax your jaw,
Softening the throat.
Soften your heart space.
Soften the belly.
Soften your entire lower body.
You are here for a reason.
You are powerful.
You are worthy.
Embrace all that you are right here,
Right now.
Draw your awareness to the space of your belly,
Right below your belly button.
Take a deep inhale into that space.
Now part your lips.
Let the air escape.
One more time.
Deep inhale and exhale.
Give the breath away.
Now just keep breathing.
Don't think about it.
Let your breath breathe you.
You don't have to be perfect to be amazing.
You just have to be you and you are amazing.
