Right,

So everyone close your eyes.

Just begin to let your body melt away.

Melting the day off.

Releasing all the heaviness of the day.

Everyone else's energy that you've consciously,

Unconsciously picked up.

Just let it slide down your shoulders.

Slide off your arms.

Slide off your back.

Now take a gentle breath in.

And as you exhale,

Begin to feel all that excess energy that does not belong to you.

Leave your body right now.

Gentle breath in again.

Exhaling and releasing anything that doesn't belong to you right now.

Even if it's a task,

Even if it's an undone conversation,

Just let it go right now.

Gentle breath in.

Releasing,

Closing this day in the softness,

In the gentleness of your energy.

Take a gentle breath in now.

This time,

As you exhale,

Bringing in calmness into your nervous system.

Imagining all the different nerve endings.

There are about a million that come out of your spine.

Just bringing a sense of calm,

Of peace,

Of calm.

Of peace,

Of a deep knowing the wisdom of your soul.

Bringing that deep sense of calmness into your nervous system.

Gentle breath in again.

Once again,

Coming back to centre with the wisdom of your soul,

The awareness in your mind,

And the stability,

The strength of your body.

I'm now going to count you back from 10 to 1.

I'm now going to count you back from 10 to 1.

And as I count you backwards,

I'd like you to imagine you're going deeper and deeper into the silence of your being.

10,

9,

8,

Deeper and deeper,

7,

6,

5,

Deeper and deeper,

4,

3,

2,

And 1.

I'd like you to drop into the silence right now.

The same silence,

The same calmness,

The same safety like a baby has when she or he sleeps.

I want you to feel this right now.

The safety in your body,

The safety in your thoughts,

The safety in your emotions,

The safety in your surrounding,

And all of that grounded in the knowing,

In the wisdom of your soul.

Stay in this calmness for another few moments,

Reminding your body,

Reminding your thoughts,

Your emotions,

That nothing is erratic with your life,

Your thoughts,

Your emotions,

Your body is led by the wisdom of your soul.

And that happens in these moments of silence.

I'd like you to bring your attention to your solar plexus,

Your gut,

Two to three fingers above your belly button.

And you may choose to put your palms on that space.

That is where the energy of wisdom is either activated or blocked.

I'd like you to put your palms there and begin to feel the warmth through the activation of the wisdom of your being.

You may feel a swelling,

You may feel warmth or vibration or absolutely nothing,

And that's fine too.

Allow that energy to revolve around the abdomen,

Getting bigger and bigger,

Brighter and brighter,

Filling up your entire being with your soul's knowing,

Knowing when to pursue,

Knowing when to step behind,

Knowing when to pause,

Knowing when to be louder or more impactful.

Let that light,

Let that wisdom begin to expand in your entire body.

Take a gentle breath in now.

And as you exhale,

I'd like you to bring to mind one personal intention,

Be it a relationship,

Be it something within,

Something you'd like to think of,

Something you'd like to attract,

Something you'd like to think of,

Something you'd like to attract.

And just hold that intention in the palms of your hand,

Infusing it with the wise energy within you,

The energy of your soul that begins to rise up when you calm down.

When your body relaxes,

When your nervous system is balanced.

Wrap this thought,

This intention in that beautiful yellow golden light.

I'd like you now to bring to your mind an intention,

A material intention,

Maybe work,

Maybe a client,

Maybe a deal.

And once again,

Wrap that intention with this yellow golden light,

Wrapping it in the knowing of your soul,

That she or he knows what to do,

Knows where to lead you.

That when you step into that conversation,

You don't have to prepare because the words will flow out of your mouth,

Just the right words.

I'd like you now to bring to mind a person that you might need to have a conversation with and share with them that yellow light so that they connect to the knowing of their soul so when they meet you,

When they connect with you,

They can show up in the same matched energy.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Allow your entire aura extending to the width that if you open your arms wide,

How is your entire body in that yellow wise knowing of your soul.

Take a slow gentle breath.

And as you exhale,

You can drift off to sleep,

Or you can open your eyes.

And as you exhale,

You can drift off to sleep,

Or you can open your eyes.
