Let go,
Let loose,
As you release the things that bind you to the past,
Even the things that bind you to just a few minutes ago.
Allow yourself to have an attitude of nonchalance.
It's all being done for me,
Through me,
For me,
Through me,
Highest good.
As you sink into the surface underneath you,
Release or suspend any beliefs that do not serve you.
Allow yourself to let them release them.
It feels easier said than done.
Don't try to hang on to every word I say.
Just be,
Be with yourself,
With yourself as my word.
And if your thoughts wander,
Just get lost in thought.
And then let,
Once you release the past and become new emotion you feel that's okay,
Acknowledge it,
Release it.
Be sure to connect,
Connect with yourself.
This meditation will take you back to your true authentic self,
Even if you don't know who that is.
Just take a deep breath in,
Deep breath in,
Bring it out,
Breathe in.
Just make sure that you're sending that air down to your belly.
Release it,
This breath as you send that air down to the belly,
Release it and release all the tension and stress with it.
Sink into the surface underneath you.
As you release the past,
Let it go.
It is yours,
You don't have to hold on to it.
It belongs to you and your memory and the cells of your body.
Let anything that no longer serves you and just like you release your breath,
You can release your stress.
Now you can speak directly to that stress,
Just say,
I release you,
You do not serve me,
I am new,
I let go,
I let go of anything that no longer serves me,
Creating the space and I am new in this moment,
In this moment and this moment too.
I allow myself to be new and as I visualize,
Maybe I find something that symbolizes me,
Something in nature,
Could be a figurine,
Something from child,
Whatever it is,
Trust your brain as you recall,
Recall the newness,
Clean,
Clear,
Safe and just be with it,
Be with it.
As you sink even further down into the surface underneath you,
Or still as the cells in your body rejuvenate,
As your neurons rewire,
The nerve endings release old energy,
Allowing you to receive new energy.
It is yours to receive and just say,
Thank you,
Thank you to be myself,
Thank you for allowing me to be myself,
I am at peace,
I am,
I am safe,
I am,
And I should release,
Release your newness into the world,
Ready to start fresh,
In this moment,
This moment,
This moment too,
I am new.
Feel that feeling of the newness,
Just feel it,
Even if it's just a tiny seed of a feeling,
Feel very good,
Very good,
And whether you drift off to sleep or go about your day,
Just say to yourself,
Thank you.
