So let's begin by centering our core and taking some deep cleansing breaths.

Inhale through your nose,

Each breath becoming more relaxed.
As you sink in to being present,
Alive,
And filled with gratitude.
We're going to focus now on our intention,
On getting clear about what it is we want in this moment.
What do you want?
Better relationship,
More abundance,
A new job,
A new client.
Give yourself a moment to decide where you want to put your attention right now.
Where our attention goes,
The energy flows.
Observe this focus,
How it looks and feels when you take positive action steps to be present in your intention.
Remove any fear or doubt that may be trying to come in around your intention.
Those negative thoughts are always part of the experience and we get to choose to put them to the side and with focus set our intention.
And now imagine that this intention has already been realized and all the joy that comes to you with this focus.
Feel the power of this energy.
Allow this to settle into your body.
Knowing that now you have claimed it and you own it.
Take a nice cleansing breath.
Feeling more present in your body,
Feeling aligned with what it is you want and having seen the clarity around your intention.
And as it is,
So shall it be.
