Welcome.
This is Kip with the Hollister Institute.
This meditation today,
We are going to focus on abundance.
It's one of my favorite words.
And so join me in focusing this meditation on abundance.
So get in a comfortable position,
Whether you're sitting up or you may choose to lay down.
And I want you to just presence yourself to your breathing.
Bring your awareness to observing your breath.
And acknowledge the fact that thoughts will come in.
And as those thoughts come in,
Allow them to pass by as if they are clouds passing in the sky.
And gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Ride the wave of your breath.
And as you're breathing,
Just observe the abundance even in your breathing.
This life force that is so natural.
Abundance is not a place to get to.
It is actually a place to come from.
And we will focus on your intention throughout this period to bring your awareness to living and being abundant.
We tend to be blocked because of our past experiences,
Because of scarcity.
And this disallows the flow of energy to move through us.
So that we may be aligned with the abundance that is flowing just like the breath.
And as you breathe comfortably,
I'd like you to breathe in abundance.
And on the out breath,
Release any feelings of scarcity.
Whether it be in relationship,
In health and well-being,
Or financially.
We get to choose what we focus on each and every moment.
And in life,
What we focus on creates our reality.
And living a life of abundance allows you to focus on unlimited possibilities that are in front of you.
I'd like you to imagine a beautiful white ball of energy cascading down through the crown of your head.
And allow this energy to move down through your face.
Moving down through your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands.
Moving down through your heart,
Your torso.
And as this energy moves,
Just allow yourself to feel a sense of appreciation,
Of gratitude for what is,
Despite the circumstances or conditions.
And as this energy moves down through your legs,
And travels down and out through your feet,
Into the earth.
And then allow that energy from the earth to move back up through your feet.
And circle and blend through every cell and membrane in your body.
With a sense of gratitude.
And allow this energy to permeate right behind your navel,
The center of your balance,
Of your well-being,
Where that resides.
As channels are opened up to receiving.
As abundance is learning how to receive based on what your desires are.
And as you learn to receive,
You help others around you to learn to receive.
And all experience a greater life,
Greater love.
And out of receiving,
We learn to give more freely,
Without any attachment.
The essence of abundance is in the art of allowing and learning how to receive.
With the sense of flow and balance that circles back to giving with an abundant heart.
What you put out in the universe is what comes back to you.
It's just like a mirror.
So I want you now to just check in with how you are feeling in your body.
Without any judgment,
I want you to surrender to what is in this moment.
Without any attachment.
And allow this energy to move beyond you as we go on a journey together.
May this energy lead you to a place that is sacred to you.
A beautiful scene in nature.
Imagine yourself in that scene,
Whether it's a lake,
A mountain top,
Or at the ocean's edge.
Imagine your bare feet in the cool grass in the meadow or in the sand.
Feeling the warmth of the earth.
Feel the warm breeze flowing through your hair.
Being in nature that is always giving with abundance and beauty.
The sun that always rises with unconditional love flowing.
The wind always present symbolizing expansion of what is possible.
Just the essence of this sacred space allows you to experience the flow of life.
The balance of giving and receiving.
All coming from abundance.
The heart center.
And allow yourself to feel a sense of calm in this moment.
As the relaxation flows through your body with each breath as you let go of any worries,
Stress,
Or scarcity.
And as you're in this sacred place,
It is here that I want you to focus on an intention.
An intention of abundance in your life.
What would life be like if you felt abundance in every aspect of your life?
Again,
Abundance is a place to come from.
It is not a place to get to.
And as you hold this intention,
This desire,
This desire is fueled from deep within you.
A longing of sorts.
A longing to be in balance.
And as you state this intention,
Your heart opens.
And you are open to receiving.
As you are worthy,
You are enough.
You are the creator of the abundance that flows through you.
Take a few moments now and allow yourself to plant this seed of intention into your heart and into your being.

Imagine receiving more than enough as these channels open up for you in your life.
Take a few moments now and allow yourself to plant this seed of intention into your being.
Abundance in relationship.
Abundance in health and wellbeing.
Abundance financially.
Abundance at work and in life.
The universe holds nothing back.
The only barriers are in our own minds.
So relinquish any doubt,
Any worry,
Any thoughts of scarcity.
And return to your intention and desire that fuels your action.
What you think about,
You bring about.
So focus on feeling good and in flow with abundance.
Just as if it's a stream flowing through you.
It then becomes you and you become a magnet for other people.
And all of the sudden the unlimited possibilities start unfolding.
And you get to experience how powerful you are as a human being.
Allowing abundance to lead will always bring you back to your heart center,
Which is your core.
And now that this seed of intention and desire has been planted in your heart,
Now it is time to detach from the outcome and allow the feeling of abundance to fill in the space.
To fertilize your cells with this feeling of flow.
Take a mental picture of this sacred space.
And slowly bring your awareness back into your body as you connect.
Feeling deep sense of gratitude and appreciation and acknowledgement for choosing to take this time to gift yourself.
With tuning in to your being in abundance.
And may this meditation take you into your day with a great sense of warmth and love and appreciation for what is.
Taking two deep cleansing breaths.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes.
Maybe moving your head side to side.
And when you are ready,
You may gently open your eyes.
