When you're feeling overwhelmed,

Your mind busy with thoughts about the things that you want to do,

Or that you feel that you have to do,

Or filled with worries,

Or maybe negative thoughts about yourself,

How you feel that maybe you're not good enough for whatever it is that you want to do or achieve,

Imagine having a beautiful balloon in your hand,

An Just blow it into that balloon.

Know that with your intention,

Anything that you wish to let go of,

Anything that you wish to flow out of your mind,

Just imagine it flowing into that balloon.

And just keep going until you feel ready,

Until you feel that everything that was in your mind now is in the balloon,

And then you close that balloon,

And then you let it go,

And you watch it flow away further and further,

Higher and higher in the sky,

Until it's no more than just a dot in the sky,

And then it's gone.
