Find peace from the daily distractions of life and allow space to explore with your inner mind to resolve your day-to-day stresses. Set an intention at the beginning of your practice to resolve an issue which has been causing you worry or stress. Your mind will create a safe visual representation to help you clear the issue and bring a sense of peace and relaxation to you.

The Inner Journey is part of the powerful Sanimentology program.

Whilst doing this meditation,

Find yourself somewhere nice and relaxing and ensure that you won't be disturbed.

Close your eyes and find yourself relaxing.

And as you sit there on that chair or in the bed,

I'd like you to become aware of a door in front of you.

See that door and notice that there are no handles or locks on the door.

Just release the word.

Contemplate this word.

Feel its meaning.

When you are ready to release and just let go,

The door will open.

And out in front of you there may be a simple path leading through a forest and it's a wonderful day as you walk through this forest thinking about your purpose.

Going deeper and deeper inside your mind,

Allowing your unconscious mind to really show you how to grow as a person.

As you see the trees,

Experience maybe a slight breeze and sounds of animals in the forest as you progress deeper and deeper.

And up ahead you see the path fork.

To the left is an unused path,

Overgrown bushes that's thick and chocked with weeds.

Straight ahead the path continues on,

Unobstructed,

Smooth,

Clear and easy.

And to the right there's something murky,

Dark and mysterious about the way this path looks.

I'd like you to think of your purpose today.

Feel your purpose inside and decide which of these paths resonates with that purpose the most.

And take your path,

Choose it.

And know it's the right one because it feels right for you.

Will you need to struggle through unknown territories?

Will your path be easy and lead out ahead of you?

Or is your journey one to the unknown mysteries where you can grow?

And walk that path and enjoy that process knowing that soon you'll reach a castle.

And in that castle an experience is waiting just for you.

So go ahead and approach the castle and step inside.

And I wonder what kind of room you're in.

It could be a great hall or a library,

A courtyard,

A kitchen,

A royal bedroom.

Or will you go down to the depths of the dungeons,

The labyrinth under the castle?

Choose a location you wish to explore right now,

The one that will achieve your purpose.

And I'll be silent to let you explore that on your own for a while.

Let's begin.

You you you you you That's right Really learn from this experience maybe you can take something with you a symbol an object a Thought or an idea?

Some portion of this experience that you can take back to the outside world with you That will set you on your path towards achieving what you came here for So go ahead and take that idea that thought that symbol Whatever it is that you got from my experience and take it with you Maybe internalize it so as you step out of the castle it merges and blends with you becomes a part of you and And then you can return the way you came Now whichever way you came Not tell the path looks a little bit different now It feels a bit more right It's your path No one can walk this path,

But you So walk the path back to your starting point and enjoy the forest the sound of the birds and the trees the Slight breeze against your skin the sunlight dabbling through the leaves Breathe freely and enjoy knowing that your inner mind is on your side And will help you achieve what you came to achieve So enjoy slowly gradually pleasantly returning in your path As your mind integrates Internalizes and settles in on the lessons and learnings that your inner mind is prepared just for you Feeling yourself coming back step by step Enjoying the relationship you're beginning to build inside It's a good relationship Tapping into that place inside you which is the most powerful The place where the healing takes place The place where your future can be created And whenever you're ready You can step back through the door Coming back into the room with your eyes open Feeling refreshed and alert and simply fantastic How and enjoyed a wonderful journey inside your mind
