In this meditation,
We will be diving into a deep remembrance of oneness and wholeness beyond the three-dimensional reality.
Whenever you are ready,
Make yourself comfortable and gently close your beautiful eyes.
Take a deep breath through your nose to your chest to your belly.
Slowly,
Notice your belly expanding and your muscles relaxing and gently exhale,
Letting go of anything that no longer serves you,
Any tension,
Any thought.
Take another deep breath through your nose to your chest to your belly and slowly exhale,
Bringing the awareness to the breath and the body and the connection between the breath and the body.
As you notice your body relaxing with each breath,
Where do you notice the tension or the muscles holding the tension?
Bring the awareness to that place and give that place permission to relax.
You are safe now.
Let those muscles relax.
Notice the rhythm of your breath,
Just noticing without trying to change it,
Just letting it be.
And visualize breathing through your heart,
Through this beautiful source of divine energy,
Of creative energy.
With each breath,
Notice the energy in your heart expanding.
Notice the love in your heart growing with its natural flow,
Thanks to the awareness and the intention for it to grow.
And if this growth may feel challenging for now,
That's okay.
Just give your heart permission to be and to do what that beautiful place always does,
Bringing divine energy,
Being a portal for divine energy.
Notice your thoughts.
What thoughts have you been carrying for so long that they keep showing up in this moment?
What are the things that you have been worried about?
Can you just give them permission to be,
To exist?
Because there is this part of you that is trying to protect you by holding on to this worry,
That part that tries to predict the future,
Even though it may be wrong,
Is still trying to protect you from the worst case scenario.
But for now,
Let's just accept this part of us and let it be,
And bringing the awareness to the breath and the body.
To our presence here,
To this reality of existence.
And notice the space around your body and the space all around you.
Just visualize it.
And notice the space disappearing into oneness.
Everything becoming one.
Just pure awareness and pure energy.
And notice your body relaxing as you dive deeper into this oneness.
Into this oneness of energy and awareness.
This is another reality beyond the three-dimensional.
The reality where everything is energy.
And everything is interconnected.
And in this oneness,
Notice your own energy.
Notice your heart.
It is part of the oneness,
But at the same time,
It is you.
And you are part of the oneness.
And at the same time,
You are you.
A unique being with a unique purpose.
Living a unique life.
Even when it doesn't feel like it.
Even when you forget.
This is the moment for you to remember.
To remember yourself.
Your essence.
Beyond all the other things.
All the reasons to forget.
And as you dive into this sense of oneness,
Notice how whole you feel.
Notice your being being filled with energy.
With new energy.
Notice the sense of peace and wholeness.
Notice your heart expanding.
More and more.
And your being entering new dimensions and new potentials.
It's like you're becoming a new person.
Someone that is more aligned with who you are.
Someone who remembers the truth that we are all energy.
And we are all interconnected.
Through the law of oneness.
And as you rise up,
As you remember,
As you expand the love in your heart,
That has an effect in the others,
In the collective.
Bringing healing and a deeper sense of love.
How beautiful is that?
How beautiful is the fact that we're all interconnected.
And every change,
Every healing,
Every growth,
Has an effect in the people around us.
And in the collective.
Let this be a reminder that your worth,
And your purpose,
And your role in this time,
In this collective transformation,
Is greater than the human mind can understand.
Because the mind,
The mind's job is to keep you safe.
And sometimes,
That means overthinking or being anxious and worrying.
And although it may serve its purpose to keep you going,
It stops you from remembering.
And there are so many things that our minds cannot understand,
Or cannot fully understand.
Dive deeper into this knowing,
Into this beautiful feeling of love and oneness,
Of wholeness.
Enjoy it,
Remember it.
Let your whole body be shifted and transformed through this surrender,
Through this deep sense of relaxation.
And whenever you're ready,
You can gently open up your eyes,
Remembering this feeling,
Remembering this wisdom,
And taking it with you.
Whenever you're ready,
You can gently open up your eyes,
As a new person,
In a new reality,
Shifted through this new wisdom,
And understanding,
And this new frequency that you are embodying.
