Well here we are,
Already at day seven.
A point of arrival,
A point of departure.
But today we celebrate,
And we acknowledge.
So let's close our eyes,
Bring our shoulders up to our ears,
Roll them down the back.
Straighten the spine.
With hands up turned,
Draw them in towards where your thighs meet your body.
Just feel your chest open up and out.
Letting your heart be a beacon for others.
And letting your palms and your chest and your whole being receive all the love around you.
Starting by focusing on our own breath.
Steady breaths in and out through the nose.
Providing each intentional breath represent love,
Compassion,
Kindness.
Getting deeply present with each breath.
Allowing each breath to deepen our presence.
Noticing how as we draw in the breath,
We can also choose to draw in those positive forces around us that support us.
That nourish us like gratitude,
Like appreciation,
Light.
And as we breathe out,
We can transmit those positive forces back out to others,
To the world around us.
Love,
Gratitude,
Appreciation,
Light.
And then the breath intentionally into the heart.
Allowing it to encircle and hold the heart.
Expanding the heart on each beat.
Casting from the heart out in front of us on each exhale.
Presencing us to all the love around us and our commitment to be the love for so many others.
Offering ourself acknowledgement for showing up seven straight days and doing our most important work.
Consciously choosing the breath.
Choosing the intention.
And not the story.
And in our last minute together,
