A guided visualization of your ideal day.
Find a comfortable spot,
Either sitting down or lying on the bed.
Take a few long slow breaths,
Breathing in through your nose,
Allowing your diaphragm to expand,
And then breathing out slowly through your mouth.
Pay attention to your breathing and notice the sensation of your breath as it enters your body.
Relax yourself and give yourself permission to explore your deepest desires.
Within the next few minutes,
I will invite you to think of potentials and possibilities.
This guided visualization is created to give you space for dreaming.
As you relax your body,
I want for you to visualize what your ideal day looks like.
Start it from the moment you wake up.
How does it feel waking up?
What do you see?
Where are you?
Who are you with?
What excites you about this day?
I would like for you to be as concrete as you can,
Picture it in your mind as if it was happening.
Remember,
You are the curator of your own dreams,
So I invite you to imagine how that ideal morning looks like.
So what are you doing?
Who are you interacting with?
Are there other sensations that you can bring to mind?
Smell?
What can you smell?
How does the feel of what you are wearing feel for you?
Sounds?
What are the conversations that you hear around you?
Try to see,
Think,
Hear and feel how that ideal day goes for you.
Now think of how you are going on with your day.
Where are you?
What is going on around you?
Give yourself a few minutes,
A few space to check in and ask yourself,
How are you feeling?
Create the visualization by envisioning how your day has ended.
What rituals are you going through in your end of day?
Who are you sharing this evening with?
And as you picture yourself lying down on the bed ready to sleep,
What are you grateful for?
What feelings did this ideal day steer in you?
What needs of yours got fulfilled?
Again I invite you to use this time as a space for you to dream.
Don't put any limits on what you are envisioning,
Nor are there any judgments to your dreams.
Welcome each image as they come.
And when you are ready,
Slowly bring your attention back to the now.
Open your eyes and set some time to write down what came up for you in your ideal day.
