Let's begin by noticing how you feel right now.
Take a moment to notice where you may be carrying tension or holding onto the stress of your day.
Now take three slow,
Deep breaths.
Breathe in fully.
Allowing your breath to reach down into your belly.
And slowly breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in.
And breathe out,
Letting your body soften a little more.
One last deep breath in,
All the way into your belly.
And a long slow breath out.
Now,
If you can,
Gently close your eyes.
Begin to imagine the space around you.
And notice anything from your workday that you are still carrying with you.
Maybe it's a frustrating interaction with a customer or client.
A project that didn't quite get finished.
A task you're still thinking about.
Or simply the general weight of a busy day.
Allow these things to appear in whatever way feels natural to you.
Maybe they look like boulders sitting on your shoulders.
Colored shapes floating around you.
Grey clouds.
Or simply a feeling.
There is no right or wrong way for them to appear.
Now imagine a warm,
Glowing golden orb appearing in front of you.
This orb is here to carry the weight of your workday for you.
With each slow breath.
Allow the orb to gently draw away anything you no longer need to carry.
Breathe in.
And as you breathe out,
Imagine one of those stresses or worries being lifted from your energy field and absorbed into the golden orb.
Breathe in.
And breathe out.
Letting another worry disappear into the golden light.
You don't need to solve anything right now.
You don't need to finish anything.
Just allow yourself to let go.
Continue breathing slowly as the orb gathers whatever remains from your workday.
Until you begin to feel lighter.
Clearer.
More present in this moment.
And when you feel ready.
Watch as the golden ore begins to float away.
See its warm glow becoming smaller and smaller as it moves into the distance.
Taking the weight of your workday with it.
As the light disappears,
Allow yourself to know that your workday is now behind you.
Take one deep breath in.
And sigh it out.
Notice how you feel now.
Maybe your shoulders feel a little softer.
Your body a little lighter.
Your mind a little quieter.
Take one final breath in.
And slowly breathe out.
As you move into the rest of your day,
You can leave your work worries behind.
Give yourself permission to be fully here.
Fully present and open to whatever good the rest of your day may bring.
Move forward with ease.
