You're joining Lauren Wise from The Skill of Still for a manifestation meditation.
I am a mindfulness coach from Calgary,
Canada,
And I love teaching people how to meditate and self-connect with themselves to live their best lives.
So this meditation is about manifestation.
There's two parts to it.
And the first part is all about relaxation.
And I think to manifest the things that we want in this life,
We need to first chill out,
Take a step back,
And relax.
So as important it is to start to manifest our desires,
We first need to get into that space of flow and connection.
So let's get started.
You can lay down,
You can stay seated,
You can sit in a chair,
Sit on the floor,
Get where you are most comfortable.
There's nothing wrong with meditating,
Laying down.
It's more about just getting into the space of feeling good.
So find that space.
When you found that space,
Let's take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Closing down the eyes.
Relaxing the shoulders away from the ears.
And letting the jaw soften.
Take another deep breath in.
And out.
Finding a flow with the breath.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
If your breathing is restricted in any ways due to a cold.
Or allergies,
You are welcome to breathe in and out of the mouth.
Do whatever works for you.
Just feeling a little more calm.
A little more relaxed with each breath.
Feeling your heart rate slow.
Feeling your body surrender to the position it is in right now.
Tuning out.
External noises.
Or distractions.
And just arriving in your body.
Arriving in the space you're in right now.
Arriving in the room you are in right now.
And just allowing yourself to enjoy the feeling of calmness and self connection.
When we meditate.
Our mind starts to wander.
And that's perfectly fine.
All a part of the process.
You get to decide.
Which thoughts you want to release.
Most of our thoughts we can just let drift on by.
Not becoming attached.
Or judgmental of them.
Just let them go.
Deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
Some of our thoughts.
You might want to explore.
And that is fine.
You get to choose what stays in your realm when you're meditating.
You get to choose what goes.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Sometimes a thought might pop in.
That you want to explore later and put in your back pocket for later.
That's fine You get to do whatever you want with your thoughts when you're meditating.
There is no judgment.
There's no pressure.
Just use your breath.
Keep coming back to what feels good.
What feels relaxed.
And what feels at ease?
I think feeling ease when we're meditating is important because.

.
Is keeps us coming back to things.
And the more often we can come back to self-connection and deep breaths and just sitting with ourselves is a good thing.
So invite ease.
Into your meditation practice.
You Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
When we want to manifest We're wanting to bring something into our realm.
And usually.
.
.
We want something because of the feeling it evokes.
We want to be financially free because of the rest will get or the ease,
The lack of stress will have if we are financially free to have financial freedom.
It's the ease.
The feeling of it that we want.
And so when we're manifesting,
It's very important to.
.
.
Start to evolve.
That feeling that you see.
Whether you are seeking love or care or ease.
Really anything that you want to bring into your life has a feeling attached to it.
So start to think about the thing that you want.
And the feeling.
It'll bring.
How will you feel when this thing comes into fruition?
So start to really settle in on that feeling.
Let it wrap you like a warm blanket.
Maybe that feeling is.
.
.
Relaxation.
Or joy.
So many things that we want.
In our life are because they'll bring us joy.
So start to just really.
.
.
Settle into that emotion and feeling.
How does it make you feel?
Does it make you feel warm and cozy?
Does it make you feel relaxed and at ease?
How does it make you feel?
Deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
Continuing the flow of our breath as we invite that feeling.
To just come over our entire body.
Surrender to that feeling.
Become an energetic.
Match to that feeling.
Allowing it to come over you.
And as you settle into that feeling,
Start to really imagine.
The thing.
That you want to manifest.
It can be anything you want in the world.
And just start to really feel.
Yourself and see yourself.
In that situation.
Where you have already received what you are manifesting.
You're already there.
And what kind of feeling?
Does that bring?
Deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
Really settling.
Into the emotions and feelings that come with our manifestations.
Let those good feelings flow through you.
Knowing that they are available to you at any point.
We are always allowed to invite in good feelings.
Good emotions.
And we can do it.
With just a few deep breaths.
And we can do it with an invitation.
To let those feelings come in so that we can be an energetic and vibrational match to the things we want to invite.
Another important part of manifestation.
Is trust.
And we don't always know what's best for us.
We don't always know what's coming to us.
All we can do is treat ourselves well.
Focus on our well-being.
And make good choices to the best of our ability.
Sometimes when we're manifesting.
Our path.
Changes or shifts.
And that's okay.
So start with trusting,
Trusting that.
If you stay grounded.
And centered within yourself.
If you stay connected and focused on your wellbeing and self-care.
Good things will come.
I can't promise you that.
What you're manifesting will come to you.
But I can promise that.
If you focus on your well-being.
Even for a few minutes every day,
Good things will happen.
So with a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out Let go and.

Surrender your manifestations.
To the universe.
By trusting that what is meant for you and what is good for you will come.
Just by focusing a little bit each day on your well-being and your self-care.
Deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
Let's do that again.
Deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
Let the universe know.
Very clearly what you want to manifest.
By bringing that image into your head.
Now.
See yourself.
Already there,
Feel yourself.
Already there.
You are relaxed and at ease because everything has already come to you.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Now that you have shown the universe.
The things you want.
Surrender.
And let go with a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Trusting.
That everything that is good and wonderful will come to you.
With a little truss.
And surrendering.
To the universe.
Take one more deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
I invite you to invite those feelings that you felt today.
Those strong emotions that your manifestation desires.
Bring to you.
And feel those feelings every single day.
When we evoke the things that we want,
We become a vibrational match.
So every day invite those warm,
Fuzzy,
Those joyous feelings into your realm.
And even If your manifestations don't turn out exactly how you planned,
You have spent each day inviting in those good feelings.
And that's what really life is about,
Is having those good feelings every day.
Sometimes when we're manifesting,
We're so focused on what's in the future.
Today matters.
Being joyous today is important.
So focus on bringing those good feelings in today and trust.
That the right manifestations will come into fruition for you.
