Explore MeditationA lover of peace and ease, Lauren was drawn to meditation and mindfulness practices to find stillness and experience the simple joys that life has to offer. After facilitating meditations through her corporate workplace, she knew this was a space she was meant to share more in. Her mindfulness coaching company The Skill of Still was born out of a desire to teach people how to self connect and build self trust. Lauren believes that there is a meditation practice for absolutely everyone and encourages students to flow with what feels authentic and right to them. In addition to being a certified mindfulness coach, Lauren is also a vinyasa and yin yoga instructor and loves to include elements of both in her teachings.
