Chakra balancing meditation.
This is a lovely meditation to practice often to keep the chakra system aligned,
Balanced,
Open,
And running smoothly on a consistent basis.
Each chakra has a color associated with it,
So as we move through each one,
Really imagine that color within that area of the body,
And whatever that seed syllable is,
Whatever the affirmation is,
Just feel it vibrate within that area,
So really bringing your attention to those areas.
So we'll begin at the root chakra,
And that's a deep color red,
And it's associated with instinct,
Security,
Survival,
And grounding.
The seed syllable is LUM,
And we'll say that together,
LUM,
LUM,
LUM,
And then silently recite the affirmation to the root chakra,
Which is I AM.
I AM.
I AM.
Moving up to the sacral area,
The pelvic area,
Imagining the color orange,
And this chakra is fluidity,
Pleasure,
Sense of self,
And the seed syllable that we'll say together,
VUM,
VUM,
VUM.
I feel.
I feel.

Moving up to the solar plexus,
The belly area,
Which is a bright yellow color,
Imagining that warm yellow light in the belly area,
Signifying will,
Purpose,
Strength.
The seed syllable is RAM,
RAM,
RAM.

I do.
Moving up to the heart chakra,
Which is a soothing green color,
Love,
Compassion,
Balance,
And acceptance.
Breathing into your heart center,
Seed syllable is YUM,
YUM,
YUM.
I love.

Moving to the throat chakra,
Which is the color blue,
Associated with communication,
Creativity,
Resonance.
The seed syllable is HUM,
HUM,
HUM.
I speak.

Moving to your brow,
The center right in between your eyebrows,
Imagining that deep indigo color surrounding that area,
The area of perception,
Intuition,
Imagination.
The seed syllable is ONG,
ONG,
ONG.

And finally,
Reaching the crown,
Imagining a bright violet light at the crown of your head,
Signifying wisdom,
Knowledge,
And a spiritual connection.
The seed syllable is AH,
AH,
AH.
I know.

And just taking a moment,
Take a few slow,
Deep breaths.
As you inhale,
Following the breath from the tip of your nose all the way to the base of the spine.
And then with your exhalation,
Feel the breath from the base of your spine move up and back out through the tip of your nose.
And start to imagine drawing a line with your breath.
So inhale,
Breathing in bright,
White,
Warm light.
And as you exhale,
Imagine your breath passing through each one of those colors,
Inhaling bright light.
And then exhale,
Imagine that line of red light,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo,
And violet.
Inhale,
Bright,
White,
Warm light.
Exhale,
Red,
Orange,
Yellow,
Green,
Blue,
Indigo,
Violet.
And just meditate here for the next two moments,
Tuning into the sensations of your breath,
The sensations of your breath passing through each one of your chakras.
And whenever you're finished,
Whenever you're ready,
Allowing yourself to slowly open the eyes.
