So the next clair of the sixth sense that we are discussing in our series of the clairs of spirit work is clair sentience.
Yeah,
And this clair,
This particular one,
Happens to be my strongest clair.
And I now know after developing it and developing my gifts that I have had this clair since I was a child and I just didn't realize what it was.
And I've had this strongly.
So you may recognize some of this information so listen closely.
Clair sentience is clear feeling.
And,
You know,
Honestly,
There is so so much to say about this amazing clair.
But firstly,
I want to talk about a term that I'm sure you've heard of.
The word is empath.
I think most of us know what the word empath means,
You know,
You might feel empathy for somebody,
You might feel bad for them,
Or you might feel happy for them and that sort of thing.
However,
In terms of spiritual work,
Being an empath is when you take on the feelings and emotions of another person or of a spirit.
Okay,
Like really feel it and almost take on the characteristics of that person.
Okay,
And to give you the perfect example.
This is this cracks me up.
I remember one time I was just starting to develop right and we were sitting in a development circle,
And we were opening up our chakras.
And I started getting mad.
Like,
Really mad,
Like,
Like mad to the point where I literally almost got up and walked out.
Right.
I didn't get up and walk out,
And I finally realized that it was a spirit,
You know,
Because that's not me.
I'm like the happy medium,
You know,
So at any rate,
I realized that it was a spirit and honestly,
That spirit was not clearly not happy to have to be being coming through.
Right,
That spirit was not a happy camper.
Someone was like trying to get them to come through so there you go.
Right.
So,
That is what an empath is.
Now,
Clairsentience within spirit work is that when as a medium,
You are giving a reading,
And you may feel on your body,
How that person passed,
Like feeling your chest tighten if they pass of a heart attack,
Or for me,
When someone has Alzheimer's disease or dementia,
I might feel foggy or woozy.
Okay.
Yeah.
Now,
Here's the other thing that doesn't even necessarily covered all because that's just how they passed,
You know,
Like,
They may impress upon you.
Like,
They may make your lungs feel tight.
If they had asthma throughout their lives.
Okay.
And that's just like,
You know,
Those are just some ideas of that,
You know,
Like if somebody died of a car crash and they hit their head,
You might feel a headache.
Yeah,
It's,
It's intense,
But it is the coolest thing ever.
I am just so honored to be able to have this as my like dominant Claire so I'm,
It's really really cool.
Now,
Okay,
So let's turn to the intuition part of clairsentience.
So,
I want to say that this is all very much like the characteristics of an empath.
But,
Intuition is kind of more used as a sort of psychic tool.
Okay,
So now try to stay with me here because I know this can get a little confusing.
Okay.
Intuition is another aspect to clairsentience,
But intuition deals with understanding the energy in someone's auric field.
Okay.
And it is our gut instinct.
Intuition has to do with the Claire feeling of things that might have to do with someone's career,
Or love life,
Or health,
Or relationships,
That sort of thing.
Okay.
Like your intuition may tell you that you shouldn't eat that for lunch.
You know,
You shouldn't have that salad for lunch,
Or don't remodel your house right now.
You know,
Because of other factors that maybe you don't know,
Right,
That sort of thing.
Okay,
So do you see the difference that I'm talking about between feeling as an empath,
Like feeling physical things versus feeling as intuition.
Two different things.
Yeah,
They're totally so,
So similar.
Yeah,
It's very amazing.
So,
When you put all of this together,
It's so freaking powerful.
I mean,
Think about everything I just said,
And consider all of this and spirit work.
The power of this particular Claire is no less than extraordinary.
So,
All right now,
I want to give you an example of how the work of spirit can come into play here.
Okay,
So I was giving a reading one time to someone's whose someone whose family came here during World War One.
So I started the reading and all was going great with some recently deceased relatives starting to come through.
And then all of a sudden,
I started to feel really,
Really sleepy.
Like,
I honestly could have easily laid down and gone to sleep.
That's how tired I was,
Like to my bones tired.
Okay.
At first,
I thought it was me.
And I was like,
Oh crap,
Why am I feeling so tired and then of course,
You realize,
Oh,
This isn't me this is a spirit.
And I realized it wasn't me so I trudged on through I told the person sitting across from me,
What was happening.
And I started,
I kept going with validations.
And all of a sudden,
As I'm explaining again how tired I am and feeling almost ill.
The person sitting across from me said,
I think I know you're talking about.
And just so you know,
They passed in Auschwitz.
And I mean,
Oh my God,
I was like,
It was,
We all it was very dramatic,
And it was very,
Very emotional,
And all of that because we all instantly were like,
Whoa,
We understood the gravity of it,
Right.
That was probably one of the most incredible descriptions of clairsentience empathic,
You know,
As,
As ever happened to me.
Okay.
But here's the thing,
It goes further.
Okay.
Bringing in the intuition part of clairsentience.
There's this,
This person who's who started sort of talking about things going on in the person sitting across from his life.
Okay.
You know,
Getting the validations and doing all you know giving a message and all that stuff.
The reading kind of turned sort of psychic.
Okay.
And this spirit and the person's guides actually started directing me how the sitter should handle certain situations in their life.
And it had to do with their family history.
Okay.
Yeah,
It was extraordinary.
I mean,
It truly was I honestly do not remember a lot of my readings in fact,
Most of my readings I have to release all of that energy because if I carried around this type of thing and everything with it,
It would be,
That's not good to do and someday I could get into I could probably do a whole talk on that but,
But I released all of the energy of this but this is one of those ones is extraordinary,
Obviously.
So,
This was my like best example of,
Or one of the best examples I guess I could say,
Of the different aspects to clairsentience.
Okay.
Now please know that it is not always this dramatic.
Okay,
Mostly it's not even this close to dramatic.
This just happens to be an incredible description of all of the aspects of clairsentience.
Okay,
So I just want to say that.
Yeah.
Okay,
So some little like traits that I want to tell you about the clairsentience actually it sits in your solar plexus,
Which is your third chakra,
And it's about four fingers above your belly button which I've talked about before and it the color to it is yellow.
Okay,
Now,
All of that being said,
This particular chakra and clairsentience is when you're opening up your chakras as is a medium or ready to do any sort of spirit work.
That's why this is,
I guess why opening up the chakras is so important.
Okay,
Because you want to sort of activate it.
Okay.
Now,
That being said,
We are going to do a quick meditation,
Focusing on our intuition.
Okay,
And it's going to be like meditation slash exercise,
If you will.
Okay.
Alright,
So let's get ourselves comfy,
Because this is going to be.
This is going to be great.
I'm really excited for you guys to experience this.
Okay.
Alright,
So get yourself comfortable and close your eyes with your palms up,
Because yes,
We want to keep that energy coming in.
Okay.
Now let's take a really slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Having that air go all through your body.
So breathe in and release it.
Perfect.
And just so we can activate and relax our bodies.
Let's do that again,
Very slow,
Deep breath in.
And release.
Now let's place our attention and let's place our hand where our solar plexus is.
Just above the belly button.
Placing your attention on that beautiful yellow chakra.
And just sit and start to feel the energy building as a result of sitting quietly.
Feel the energy.
So now I'd like for you to think of a question.
Just a simple one that you need an answer to.
It could be anything from,
Should I have a salad for dinner?
To,
Should I marry this person?
Or it could be anything in between.
For me,
I usually ask questions like,
What topic should I speak about next?
Now,
Once you have your question,
Let's again focus our attention on the area of the solar plexus.
And as we sit and just be for a few moments,
Try not to think too much about your question,
But just allow yourself to be in the present moment.
Feel the lightness of the energy.
And just be.

Let's start to bring our awareness back to our bodies.
Knowing that anytime we have a question for spirit,
We can create the intention.
Using our intuition.
And sitting in the present moment.
Just being.
