I have a secret.
And I may have actually shared the secret before,
Which is what's really funny,
Right?
So shh,
But don't tell anybody.
But I really loved 2020.
I know,
That's crazy,
Right?
And I don't mean the virus,
Obviously.
I loved the quarantine,
Right?
Who knew that that would be the case of it all,
You know?
I mean,
Obviously,
Like I said,
Aside from the virus and the fear that it brought,
There's the virus and then there's the fear,
Right?
But I really love who I became.
And I'm really thoughtful of all of this right now because we're sort of coming to,
I don't want to say the end,
But the end,
You know,
The end of the quarantine thing and all of that stuff,
Right?
I learned so much about myself.
And I was able to study more and read more and take courses with David Gee and Krishna Das and some others,
And you know,
I was able to do a lot.
I shifted my thinking about so much.
I shifted my thinking,
My thought process.
It was like I gave myself permission to be myself and who I really wanted to be in this world,
Right?
So here's my question to you.
Did you find yourself becoming more and more irritated over the last year or did you find yourself becoming more and more peaceful?
Right?
Well,
That's a great question.
2020,
I want to say it right,
The year 2020 was a huge reset.
It was like the big reset.
You know,
At first there was a lot of frustration,
You know,
On my part I'm talking about there because I didn't quite know what to do.
You know,
I felt like I was supposed to do something as you know,
Many of you may have felt right.
But because I'm a creature of habit,
I was able to get up in the morning and create something for myself,
You know,
And hopefully help other people.
And I started doing the morning meditation online,
Live stream,
Right?
And that forced me to have structure,
Which was great,
Right?
And it was all spirit related,
Which made it even better,
Right?
Of that,
Right?
But wait,
I just want to share though,
If you weren't able to,
If you were only feeling that frustration,
That's absolutely okay.
You know,
I'm not trying to make you wrong or make me wrong or whatever,
Right?
There is always time,
Always time to find yourself and create your life as you choose it.
Are you alive?
Are you breathing?
If yes,
Then you're still,
There's still time.
But okay,
Here's the little caveat in my,
In my world right at this moment.
You know,
The little caveat is this,
It all starts with allowing yourself to get still,
Get still and go within.
Meditate.
Creating your life is up to you.
You personally,
Not your boss,
Not your significant other,
Not your kids,
Not your friends.
Don't compare yourself to me or to anybody else,
Right?
And that's why taking those,
That,
That even just that short period of time to go within your own heart.
Go in and find that stillness for even just 10 minutes a day.
It will change everything.
You can create your own big reset.
Doesn't even matter of the time when it is,
You know,
So you can sit in that stillness.
You can do it with me every day.
You can go to Insight Timer.
They have an actual timer on there,
Right?
So you can go to Insight Timer and put a timer on and it'll like,
I used to do 30 minutes and I would have the ding at every 10 minutes.
Just it would be a bowl dinging every 10 minutes just so I would know where I was.
Right?
They have guided meditations,
All lengths,
Right?
If that's what you want,
You can do it.
You can do meditations with David G or you can just try it yourself.
So many people come to me and say,
I don't know how to do it.
Yeah,
You do.
That's an excuse because I did the same excuse.
That's why I know it's an excuse,
Right?
So the big reset,
Right?
It can come to you.
You can make it happen anytime in your life.
So let's get in,
Let's get it going and let's meditate on this,
Right?
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
Beautiful,

Close your eyes whenever you feel ready to.
And let's take a nice deep,
Deep breath in really slow through your nose and release it really slow through your mouth.

There's no wrong answer.
So today as we sit in the stillness,
As we sit in the stillness,
Let's concentrate on our breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
I will keep the time.
And let's start concentrating on our breath.
If you find yourself with thoughts coming into your head,
That's absolutely okay.
Just mentally push them aside and allow yourself to consider your breath.
Take in the ease and address reiterated within the Jeanne momentum.
