I encourage you to close your eyes,
Take a big breath in,
And let it out.
Again,
Inhale long.
Exhale slow.
One more inhale through the nose.
And exhale.
Start to relax through the body even further.
Slowing the mind.
Let the breath just go at its own pace.
I'd like you to visualize yourself one year from now.
Where do you see yourself?
What are you wearing?
Where are you standing,
Sitting,
Or lying?
Where are you standing,
Sitting,
Or lying?
Is anyone around you?
What is around you?
Is it a room?
Nature?
Or something different?
Where is your journey taking you?
Where is your job taking you?
Whether you run your own business or work for someone else.
Maybe it's a hobby.
Where can you picture yourself in one day?
Maybe it's a hobby.
Where can you picture yourself in one year from now?
What goals do you have?
What do you want to set?
You're welcome to write down anything that comes to mind.
Anything that you visualize that you want to bring to life.
Pause now if needed.
Otherwise let's continue into the future five years from now.
What do you visualize happening in your life whether it be through work,
Family,
Friends?
What do you want within these five years?
And not worrying about the expectations that are placed on you whether it's from yourself or others.
What is it that you truly desire and want to work towards to achieve this five year plan?
Have a think.
Dig deeper.
Let your imagination get creative.
Let go of your own limitations.
Let go of your own limitations.
Now think about how you're going to get there.
What can you do today or tomorrow to get this goal achievable?
Write things down if that helps you.
What can you do this week?
Can you reach out to someone?
Can you take the next step even if it's fearful?
When we step out of our comfort zone fear often steps in.
But let's not let that fear stop us from these dreams,
Goals and plans.
Let's make it our reality.
It's up to you and nobody else to make these goals achievable and to take them into action.
Now picture yourself having achieved this that you desire in this lifetime.
Imagine that it's all come to fruition.
Visualise the success and how it makes you feel.
And although you haven't experienced these ups and downs on the way yet take that into account that it's not always going to be easy and smooth sailing.
And let's take that into account that it's not always going to be easy and smooth sailing.
So in your mind be prepared for those highs and lows.
To get to the other side of the mountain you must first go over it.
I want you to visualise yourself in the future however far it is that you want to be in.
And know that in another dimension you're already there.
See if you can connect with this other you.
Maybe asking yourself how did you get there?
And any other questions you might like to.
Just take this time now to ponder,
To ask and receive not only yourself but your guardians who are always with you.
Connecting with them if you know who they are.
Otherwise just opening yourself up to the universe to ask for guidance.
Notice your next deeper breath of awareness.
And notice where you are back in this moment in time.
Breathe in and embrace where you are right now.
For your journey is just beginning.
