Hello and welcome to this 10 minute guided morning meditation to help you really instill some positivity in your day and help clear out any energy that has been stagnating while you've been asleep.
While we sleep our body processes all the toxins,
Whether that be physical,
Emotional or energetic that we've experienced throughout the day and when we wake some of this energy can be left behind.
So finding a way that we can shake off that energy and really instill some positivity into our day is a great way to start.
So whenever you are ready find a comfortable spot that could be sitting up cross-legged.
You can lie down to do this if you wish,
Whatever feels most comfortable to you.
We begin this guided energy starter meditation by taking some deep breaths.
Close your eyes and inhale a real deep energizing breath.
And exhale and feel yourself relax into the space that you are in.
Feel the ground beneath you and feel the connection to the earth as you take another deep breath in.
Breathe out through the mouth.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
And exhale slowly and softly.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in again,
Breathing in energy and exhale everything that you feel like you need to let go of right now.
Allow yourself to feel safe in the space that you are in.
Allow yourself to release any tension that you can feel in your body.
With each breath you can take in the air your body needs and become filled with energy.
And as you exhale release any tension,
Fatigue,
Any worry you may have experienced already today or you feel you are holding onto in the previous day.
For the next few moments focus on your breathing.
Concentrate on breathing energy and positive feelings in and breathing negative feelings out and away.
Focus on that breath.
As it moves in through your body and fills your chest and as you exhale feel your chest deplete.
Continue to focus on that movement within your body.
Releasing and softening with every exhale.
Continue to take deep breaths in and long exhales out.
As you make your way through your energy centres in your body.
As we move from the feet all the way up through your legs just taking your attention to those spots.
As you place your focus on those parts of your body just allow them to release a little bit more.
Let's start with the feet.
Bring your attention to your feet.
Allow them to soften.
Move up through your calves,
Up to your knees,
Up through your thighs,
Up through your thighs softening as you go.
Up through the base of the spine where we meet your first energy centre.
Allow yourself to release.
As you inhale take your breath to the centre in your body.
As you exhale just release anything that feels stuck or feels like it needs to move from that part of your body.
Just allow that part of your body to soften.
As you move up through the pelvis hold your attention there for one second.
Hold your attention there for a short time.
And as you focus sending your breath to this part of your body.
Visualise that space within your body and allow it to soften.
Allow the flow of energy to move properly.
Gently nurturing and releasing anything that is stopping energy from flowing through your body.
As you move up into your abdominal area.
As you move up into your abdomen.
Feel the energy in this centre of your body.
Allow yourself to breathe into this space.
Release anything that needs to be let go of.
Breathing deeply in positive energy and breathing out anything that is stopping that flow of energy.
Breathing in positive energy.
Supporting that flow of energy through your body and exhaling anything that feels restrictive.
Move your focus up towards your heart.
The space behind your chest.
Focus your attention here.
Visualise this space.
Allow this space to open and expand as you inhale.
Really feel that opening.
As your chest rises up towards the sky.
Imagine this centre opening.
Move your attention up through your throat.
Feel that space within your throat.
Allow each breath to soften that flow of energy.
As you breathe in,
Feel this breath moving down your throat to your chest.
Notice any restriction.
Allow yourself to breathe into that restriction.
As you move further up,
Take your attention to your third eye.
This space behind your eyes in the centre of your head.
Relax as you breathe in.
Notice any thoughts that come up and allow them to just be.
As you move your attention up through the top of your head to your crown centre.
Hold your energy here and with every in breath imagine a white light surrounding your body.
Coming through the centre of the top of your head and cascading down around your body.
Cleansing any negative energy that needs to be cleansed.
As you inhale and this white light comes through the top of your head and falls down over the top of your body.
Allow that bright white positive energy to seep into every pore of your body.
Filling you up with positivity for the day.
Now as you breathe in,
With every inhale feel that energy fill your body.
Feel yourself full of white light.
Feel yourself becoming energised with every breath you take.
Energised with positivity.
Allow that energy to grow inside you,
Encourage the energy.
You are filled with energy.
You are filled with positivity.
Allow yourself to be in this space for a few moments.
Do you allow your breath to return to a slow steady pace if it hasn't already.
All the time you are imagining yourself filled with white light.
Visualising a flow of white energy moving seamlessly through your body.
All the time you are imagining yourself filled with light.
Focus intently on this feeling.
Notice where you feel this the most.
You may notice it in the centre of your body,
In your throat or in your root.
Encourage this feeling to grow and get bigger and bigger.
See that energy within you grow with no effort at all.
The energy so easily and naturally grows until you feel filled with electric white positive energy.
Completely filled with energy from head to toe.
Take some deep breaths to finish this meditation as we gently come back into the space that we are in.
As you start to sense the surroundings,
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
One more deep breath and as you exhale allow your eyes to gently open.
Now as you proceed with your day,
Ready to take on the day ahead,
Feeling energised and full of positivity,
Allow yourself to come back to this feeling whenever you need.
