Begin now by adopting your favourite meditating posture and gently link into your breathing.
Become aware of the movement of your body as you breathe in and out.
Become aware of how each breath takes you deeper and deeper down,
Deeper and deeper down.
Begin with an intention now that with each in-breath you're breathing in calming energy and that with each out-breath you let go of any anxiety that you may be carrying.
That's it,
Breathing in calming energy and breathing out anxiety.
Become aware of how you're feeling,
How your body is feeling.
That's it,
Really pay attention now to what's going on deep within.
If left unchecked tension and anxiety can build and spread within our energy,
Leading to feeling challenged,
Uncomfortable,
Worried or overwhelmed.
You're going to allow any tension or any anxiety to melt away from your body,
To melt from your mind,
Allowing for clear thinking and feeling.
You are ready for your energy to be free of anxiety.
Feeling overwhelmed will not nurture or calm you in any way.
When you're feeling really good and in control,
It feels as though anything is possible.
Anxiety will not help your energy or offer any real benefits.
It's time to let go,
To allow it to melt away,
To be removed from your energy.
To feel it flowing out of your body,
Out of your mind,
Out of your energy and out of your heart.
Anxiety is no longer needed,
No longer wanted,
Thank it as it melts away.
And you may be able to remove it with a thought,
A powerful well-intended thought.
Or maybe you need a little more help to allow the anxiety to melt away.
So imagine brilliant white light now,
Enveloping your body,
Wrapped around you,
Cocooned around you.
The light is blindingly bright and even with your eyes shut,
It makes you feel as though you need to squint due to its brightness.
Be aware of this white light infusing you,
Perhaps even feeling it on your skin.
You can manipulate and direct this brilliant white light energy to flood any area of your body that you feel holds onto anxiety.
If you pile your anxiety into your stomach,
Move the white light to that area.
Perhaps feeling heat there as the light overlays the tummy area and begins to permeate,
To deeply heal.
Rejuvenate that area,
Let all of the anxiety melt away.
Any negativity,
Any untrue belief or anything that no longer has value.
Let it be gone,
Let it leave your energy,
That's it,
Let it leave your energy.
Allowing the white light to clear away the old so that the new may grow.
Layer on layer of white light energy.
Deep,
Deeply down deep.
Divinely engineered healing energy.
And then move the light around the body to any area that may have been affected by anxiety,
Worry or overwhelm.
Allow them to be gone,
To completely melt away,
To leave your energy beautifully free from negativity.
Free and healed of any anxiety or tension.
Feel the energy move throughout your body.
You may be physically aware of it working through you.
Or it may be more of a deep knowing.
Knowing that you are being healed.
That your anxiety is melting away.
No longer needed.
No longer wanted.
Clearing completely.
Allow the white light now to rebalance your energy.
To back fill any areas where anxiety or stress have been removed.
Allowing them to be filled and whole.
Tuning into how the body feels now.
Energy flowing and moving.
Spend some time allowing the energy to work through your body.
To remove that which is ready to go.
Really allow this to happen on your behalf.
And in a moment I'll count from 1 to 5.
And at 5 you'll be wide,
Wide awake.
Refreshed,
Alert,
Completely back in the room.
Remembering that which you need to.
And releasing.
Just knowing that it is all now within your energy.
