Good morning and welcome to this meditation.

I am Joyce and I will be guiding you to this affirmation meditation to kick start your day.

By now you are awake,

Maybe you're still in bed,

Maybe you're in your meditation pillow,

But I'm asking you to get comfortable.

You may want to sit up,

You may want to stay flat in your bed.

Whatever you do,

Make sure you're comfortable and that you slowly get ready for this day.

First take a deep breath in through your nose and side out through your mouth.

Inhale new energy for this day and exhale what you need to let go of your sleep.

Inhale joy.

Inhale liveliness.

And inhale positivity.

Turn back to your normal breathing and breathe regularly while you tune into your body.

See if you can relax your feet and your legs and your tummy,

Shoulders,

Your neck,

Your jaw,

Your cheeks,

Your eyes and your head.

Now you are fully relaxed and able to be open to these affirmations coming up for you.

I will say this affirmation and you have the time to repeat them or be silent and just take it in.

You can repeat them out loud or in your mind's eye.

This is going to be your day and these affirmations will help you to fully live your day.

So let's get started.

I trust the timing of my life.

I love to watch my life unfold in each moment.

I am worthy of the good things coming to me.

I am strong,

Capable and ready to take on this day.

I always feel loved,

Supported and valued.

I love this day and I am grateful for each new opportunity.

I overcome my fears by following my dreams.

I feed my spirit,

Train my body,

Focus my mind.

It's my time.

I am in charge of my life.

I am worthy,

I am loved and I am enough.

I have the power to create change.

I am resilient and can get through anything.

I will accomplish everything that needs to get done.

I claim my desires and I hold great visions.

I am ready to receive the best of this day.

I am going to make myself so proud.

I am unstoppable.

I can,

I will.

End of story.

Take a deep breath in and nourish yourself with the excitement and energy that this day will bring you.

That you get to do everything that you desire.

That you kick bum and will accomplish anything that's on your heart,

That's on your mind's eye.

That you are productive and get to do the things,

All of the things that you want to do,

That you need to do,

That you desire to do.

You are so positive,

Full of energy and you can complete and do everything that you want.

You are so ready for this day with all the positivity and love in your heart and the energy in your mind.

You are unstoppable.

You are amazing and you are able to live this day as you please on your terms.

This is going to be your best day yet.

Watch and get ready for it.

If you haven't done so already,

Put a big smile on your face.

Feel the excitement in your body.

If you'd like to,

Place your hands on your heart and sit with this excitement for a little bit.

Feel it grow and grow and grow.

All the excitement,

Energy and positivity that you have to live this day.

And whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Smile and say,

I was born ready.

Go live your day.
