Hello,

My dear friend!

My name is Lina.

Welcome to a sacred meditation to connect with your Spirit Guide.

You can practice this meditation any time when you are in lack of energy or seeking help and support.

If you are ready,

Let's begin.

Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Open your palms to the sky to receive healing energy from the Universe.

When you are settled,

Close your eyes and take a few deep,

Cleansing breaths.

Breathe through your nose.

Inhale and exhale.

Now envision a warm,

Gentle light surrounding you.

This light is protective and loving,

And it is here to guide you on your journey to connect with your Spirit Guide.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine yourself in a peaceful,

Natural setting,

Such as a forest,

A beach or a meadow.

You are safe and at ease in this place.

Inhale and exhale.

Now invite your Spirit Guide to join you.

You can do this by simply thinking or saying,

Spirit Guide,

I invite you to be with me now.

Trust that your Guide is here to offer guidance,

Love and support.

As you settle in this setting,

Take a moment to sense your Spirit Guide's presence.

They may appear as a person,

An animal,

A sign or simply a comforting energy.

Allow their presence to become clear to you.

Inhale and exhale.

You may have questions or concerns that you'd like to discuss with your Spirit Guide.

Take this time to communicate with them through your spoken words or your thoughts and feelings.

Listen carefully to any insights,

Feelings or messages that your Spirit Guide shares with you.

If you are not receiving immediate guidance,

That's okay.

Trust that your Spirit Guide is with you and that they will continue to communicate with you in their own way in the right time.

Take a few more moments to flow in the loving energy of your Spirit Guide.

Feel the connection and warmth between you and your Guide.

When you are ready to end this meditation,

Slowly sit if you are on your back.

Connect your palms together and express your gratitude to your Spirit Guide and let them know you will return to this place to connect with them in the future.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Deep inhale and with the exhale open your eyes.

One of my favorite guided meditations. It is quick and I fall asleep easily listening to Lina's voice. I also find the the background music so intensely soothing and beautiful.
