Welcome to this guided meditation called Inner Child Presence of Abundance. We are digging deep now with our personal inner child and the past, Especially if school days were a bit of a nightmare. Why did a lot of kids do a lot of crying and firmly not want to go to school each day? Here's a chance to tidy up some bad memories that lay deep in the corners of your heart and throw some heavenly light on them. Let's begin. Playtime with your inner child is the theme of this meditation. We are going to start with getting comfy. Curl up on a sofa or bed or tuck yourself in a chair with a cushion. Close those eyes and take a deep breath in. Now call in your guardian angel to settle beside you and cocoon you in a pure white light. An unconditional love and beam it in all directions around you so you are in a mist of angelic light. We are going to get in touch with your inner child simply by visualisation. So please visualise that small child of yourself from a photo or a memory and your height half of what you are now. Take the next 30 seconds to totally visualise yourself as a child. Then see that child with both arms open and the small hands open too. And with your guardian angel both of you now go to each side and wrap your hands in each one. Feel the warmth and softness of tiny fingers and let a glow of pink love secure this bond. Let's take a journey now back to the past and light it up with abundance of utter joy. Time is precious now. To begin we come across a toy shop filled to the brim shelf after shelf of brand new toys for boys and girls. It is magical here. You are being rewarded today by picking yourself as many toys as you wish that will be wrapped up in silk bows and strings and boxes. Then deliver to your home and to your own bedroom with your name on. To make it extra fun another friend will join you there to play with the new toys. You have 30 seconds to picture the ties at the shop. Very good now. Then we take you to a grand shop full of new clothes and shoes and start to smile because everything here is in your size. All you have to do is nod your head at what you like and she will bag them and box them with silky tags with your name on and address to be delivered to your home and your bedroom to fill the wardrobe. Out with the old and in with the new. Enjoy now and picture this for the next 30 seconds. Oceans, Very good. Then we walk up to the gates of your first school and make you invisible so you can walk in and have a good nosy around and see for the first time how everyone was. See how grey and dusty and lifeless everyone is. You have the power now to brighten it up with your eyes. You can shine out light of joy and complete forgiveness and make everyone look happy. And again you have the power to make everyone say kind words and smile. Fill the school with light as bright as a star. You have 30 seconds to do this. Very good. Then you can make your way to the playground and ask the sun to shine and the birds to sing. Even the ice cream van has just arrived ringing his bell and gives you and all the children and all the teachers a free ice cream. Picture this now for the next 30 seconds. Very good. Then we walk to your second school. And go straight to the headmaster with a formal letter in goad writing that the school is now governed by truth and love and friendships of loyalty that last a lifetime. Picture this for the next 30 seconds. Very good. One more school to go and we've decided the same rules need to be carried out here too. So a second letter in goad writing is ready to hand to the headmaster who is so relieved to get this good news and good rules. So to celebrate the tuck shop is opened and free bags of sweets are given to one and all. Then we sit you at the front of the class for a moment so all the boys and girls can give you a kiss on the cheek and shake your hand to celebrate this joyous moment. Picture this for the next 30 seconds. Very good. Then we go straight to the pet shop to see the baby kittens and baby puppies as one needs her home today. Take a look around which one is looking at you? Which one wants you to take them home? Best take two for company. Just give a nod to the shopkeeper so he can sort the delivery to your home where you will teach them tricks and look after them and grow up together with unconditional love. You have 30 seconds to picture this. Very good. Then I think it's time to visit the sweet shop before we go home. It's very small the shop but it seems to have everything from boiled sweets in jars and chocolate stockings and fizzy pop. Let's fill a big bag and carry this one home. Picture this for the next 30 seconds. Very good. Arriving home first for a bubble bath then TV on showing Walt Disney films for hours and cuddle up on a chair as we leave you here. Your guardian angel and I see we can see all is in divine order. You can ask this gift of today to be shared with brothers and sisters and your parents can be a child again too and all children can feel this abundance. You have the gift just the idea is enough and ideas become true. Now all is in divine order as your guardian angel and I leave you with a hug on that chair. Now it is time to wake and shake and be alive on Earth time once more. Take a deep breath in and open open your eyes fully awake.
