Welcome to this guided meditation called White Butterfly Meditation.
Let's begin.
Please be seated or lay down if you wish.
Closing your eyes.
Thank you.
Acknowledge you have a body with an aura surrounding it.
And we'll now self-empower your aura right down to your heart and mind.
Please take a sharp breath in and a long breath out.
Breathe into the image of the white butterfly.
See its contrast against everything else.
Mostly see the wings,
The shape that catches your eyes.
And rather than flapping their wings up and down like a bird,
The butterfly actually contracts its body,
Making a slanted figure eight pattern with their delicate wings.
This butterfly motion pushes the air under its wings,
Propelling it effectively to travel great distances through the air.
Let's make a bond and learn from it now.
For a few seconds,
Contract now your own body.
Feel those body muscles,
Which help you move through the air too.
And remember the air around the body is always your aura.
Hold onto the color white and let it enter this body.
Let it float in the body,
The heart and mind,
Filling up with whiteness.
Now bond well to the mighty white butterfly.
As it now becomes attracted to you,
To help you and begins to connect to your aura,
Going all around you,
Dancing in the air.
It brings in pure white energy,
So light,
So clean.
The pure white energy color connects instantly to your heart chakra,
Which when fifth dimensional becomes energy white.
And the mind melts into the master color white.
Breathe in white butterfly wings and begin to feel this floating feeling.
It then settles onto one hand that absolutely fascinates you.
You know you cannot lovingly stroke this delicate creature.
And so you pour love onto it,
As it does back to you.
It ignites a loving connection.
Your eyes melt like falling in love and the heart feels so light,
Glowing brightly.
And your mind goes into the deepest calm.
And sometimes we feel like a giant when near the animal kingdom.
Then the white butterfly floats a few feet right in front of you,
Telling you this is also your aura.
And then your aura resonates back with the vibration color of white.
This color is always deeply cleansing and revitalizes all of you.
The master color that holds all the colors of the rainbow.
Every chakra inside the body shines and floats back into a tall tower of colors.
Feeling blessed by this butterfly moment,
Which is often a mindfulness moment,
For they seem to appear and then off they go.
You blink twice and then the butterfly is ready to fly off on its own journey.
Leaving a question that is really all about you.
What were you doing,
Says the white butterfly?
What did you do over the last two or three weeks?
Which is the lifespan of this butterfly.
Just two or three weeks on earth for the white butterfly.
Why not reflect now,
Look for existing routine and the list of things you've done.
And were there any special moments that lit you up?
So please have two minutes.
Reflect on the last two or three weeks on this earth now.
