Shine Your Love Into Earth’s Love Grid

So just settle yourself in while I'm chatting because that's really kind of what I wanted you to do was to slow down And what we're going to do today is enable a more love filled feeling If you can While we begin this meditation if you can Just be in your own space but if you can't you know,

You can just hold the intention that all of this is going to happen while you Do things for your family.

Just have your ear pods in Have it around you and do what you do It's not there are no rules.

We play so many rules on our physicality,

Don't we?

Your spirits quite Sensitive enough to know how to do what we're doing while you do your human-ness.

That's fine,

Hey So Take a big breath in and fill up your lungs.

Go on do that with me And then just push it out Bring your tummy in and push the breath out Do another one where you breathe in?

All the way to the bottom of your lungs and then feel your tummy expand and then push Like the air just being whooshed out of your body This is quite detoxifying as well as beginning to relax your body So just do it again.

Go on take a big breath and push it out If you yawn,

That means your body's ready If you don't yawn,

That's okay.

But sometimes the over oxygenating helps your body just to go.

I'm here now I'm here fully here So let's feel into our body and see where we need to just add a little bit of love,

If you haven't already I'd like you to gently close your eyes Just very gently let them fall If you've had them shut,

Maybe you could just open them gently and then let them fall shut again and just be You in this human body With the energy around you gentle breathing Now we're just gonna feel for some areas that need some extra love so first in your next breath Intend that you breathe love in from the air It is floating there,

You know Breathe some love in from the air and then breathe it out again It's coming to your heart space.

So it's been energized Let's do that again.

Breathe some love in from the air Roll it around your heart chakra And breathe it out as extra energized love Now that we've gifted some love out into the universe into the world on this next breath breathe love in and just on the out breath let it fall through your heart chakra and into your body breathing love in Run it through your heart chakra and then breathe it out into your body Breathe love in Roll it through your heart chakra and let it fall out into your body Hold the intention now that every breath you take in your human form right now brings love in And every out breath allows that love to fall into your form into your body So we begin to fill this body up with love There might be some areas where we need to send some special love to Maybe your neck Send some special love to your neck And allow it just to relax just that little bit more And your shoulders,

It just happens You move your view And the grid opens up To connect another Enjoy the magic of this connection Enjoy the feeling Of love that's returned As we stand in the grid Feel the shine Of all of those connections The work we're doing here In the grid Expands the love Around the earth And allows it to go and do the work It needs to do Wherever it needs to go Give it the freedom to do Whatever it wants to do The love freedom Feeling out In this space Connecting,

Breathing your love Out into the earth grid Ah When you feel all of the connections have been made Just be still Just breathe And you'll see the connections get stronger And you'll see the power Grow exponentially Doing this work with you Every time I do it The connections to the grid Happen faster and faster We have the power To group the love quotient Around earth As a group As a group It just goes faster And more exponential Ah Does it feel like we're done gorgeous being You made all your connections Boosted all the love Across the grid Ah Let's bring ourselves back into the space Of the crystal container Allow the love On the grid To stay and grow With every breath We have that power It's innate So as we leave the intention At the top of the grid Let's allow Ourselves to move back down the crystal container Just gently Feeling All of the love And allowing some to come back down With us Pulling that connection down All the way down to The beautiful Beautiful mindscape Where we're lying Or standing inside the crystal container Hold that love in your heart As you in that crystal container Open your arms wide And allow the beautiful Container that is your connection to source Travel back As it travels back To your source You are connected You're always connected through your earth star Feel yourself Come back into this body here on earth Holding the love That you've brought with you From the grid Holding the love Through your connection to source And now Feel that love travel Through your chakra system Down All the way down Through your earth star chakra Down to connect with mother earth With Gaia And the connection is complete Has found home It turns around in the beautiful information That is in the centre of Gaia And brings earth love energy Back up through your chakra system Where it intermingles This is you The clear conduit For love For intuition You as the powerful being That you are Holding the light for earth Holding the love for earth Not alone though With everyone Feel the glow Of that energy Feel the glow Feel the glow of the love The love that's now Firmly Embedded Enhanced And connected With your earth star chakra Down to mother earth And your star chakra up to your source Energising This human form As you're still breathing Love into your body If it hasn't already Allow it to flow The overflow out Into your energy field When you're breathing love And the excess falls into your energy field Your sacred space grows And the crossover With humans Happens further away from your human body And doesn't affect you quite as much If you have to go out in public spaces Now gorgeous beings Start to feel Back here to earth again Recognise your breath again Recognise your body Here,

The physicality of you Your fingers Or your toes Scratch up your shoulders a little And just feel back Back here Into this human form But not simply the human form This is a love Filled container of light That you're in the middle of And that love Condenses in the top And it comes around you And comes in And goes down to mother earth as well You travel with that light With that love And whenever you feel it shifting You can just remember And intend And breathe love And build it back up again It's magic Just make yourself back all the way When you're ready Breathe a little bit more And wake up your body With some extra oxygen We had a beautiful travel together www.
