This was very effective. It was gentle and not forced. Sometimes thoughts lingered but the more I let the thoughts flow down to my feet they moved easier even the ones that seemed stuck finally loosened their grip. If you’ve been stressed and anxious for awhile it will take multiple times doing this practice most likely but at least now you have another tool to assist you and the ocean is always willing to help us transform if we remain open. 🙏🏻

Thank you for offering this helpful meditation. I appreciated the imagery of letting things drain from my and being taken away by the wavelets. I just wish the teachers’ voice was a little louder over the background music.

I’m going to say this and especially love that. She asked us to focus on the feelings of the manifestation really put ourselves in the situation.
