Set aside 5 minutes for yourself. Allow the shadows, energetic blocks, and discomfort to pass. Use the Shanti Mantra to come into peace and calm in your mind and your environment. Reset and come back into alignment.

As the world around us continues to turn,

And we naturally move forward with our lives,

It is not uncommon for us to experience hurdles,

Confusion,

Lethargy,

Complication,

Or other very human,

Shadowy energy blockages.

When we get caught in these darker,

Slower moments,

It is simply a reminder from the universe to come back and spend a little more time on inner focus and our true selves.

This is what we're going to do in this very moment.

Whether you are standing,

Laying,

Sitting,

Or placed in an alternative position,

Draw attention to your body and make any adjustments necessary to ensure comfort,

Ease,

And naturally healthy posture.

Relax your body,

Face,

Mind,

And heart.

Take a deep,

Meaningful breath in.

Fill your entire body and witness your belly expand.

Take a long,

Drawn-out breath outward.

Contract your stomach to push out every last drop of air.

Feel the release.

Repeat this breathing process.

Breathe comfortably.

Breathe naturally.

Breathe meaningfully.

As you continue to breathe,

Place one or two hands over your heart.

Listen and feel for your heartbeat.

Become one with the sound.

One with the feeling.

One with the rhythm.

Tie and strengthen the connection to your life force.

Now,

Directing your focus to a meaningful mantra,

Repeat in your mind the powerful Sanskrit word Shanti.

Shanti.

Shanti.

A great and influential word that,

When used with intention,

Cultivates an abundance of peace and harmony.

Shanti.

Shanti.

Shanti.

Continue to repeat this mantra silently in your mind.

Keep your focus here as we move into silence.

If you find your mind wandering,

Come back to your Shanti mantra.

Do not worry about the time.

I will let you know when it is time to come back.

I am peaceful.

I am harmonious.

I witness this feeling existing within my heart.

Take a long,

Deep,

Meaningful breath and continue to breathe naturally.

Wiggle your fingers.

Wiggle your toes.

Move lightly as you come back into your body.

Remember that the power to experience harmony and live peacefully exists within you.

Take that power with you into the world,

Everywhere that you go.
