Hello and welcome to this five week journey that will take to reflect on 2025 and set intentions for 2026.

Take a comfortable seat or perhaps you'd like to lie down.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your belly loosen.

Let your whole body exhale.

And feel yourself arriving here.

Place one hand on your heart.

And the other hand on your belly.

Feel your breath moving between your palms.

Feel the body supporting you.

Gently.

Quietly.

Let your breath slow.

Let your presence deepen.

Imagine the soft,

Intuitive energy of the snake.

A creature that sheds its skin,

Not out of pain,

But out of growth.

Feel into your year.

And gently ask yourself.

What did I outgrow in 2025?

What roles or expectations became too tight?

What heaviness am I ready to put down?

You don't have to force anything.

Just notice what comes up.

Imagine standing in a warm,

Golden light.

Anything you no longer need begins to soften and dissolve.

Old stories.

Old pressures.

Old patterns.

Let them fall away like a skin ready to be shed.

Whisper inwardly.

I release what no longer fits.

I honor what I've survived.

I welcome what's next with an open heart.

Take one more slow breath in.

Remember,

Your shedding is sacred.
