Welcome to day 2 of making this your best year yet.

If you missed day 1,

Go to my profile and listen to day 1 first.

Today we'll focus on identifying and releasing the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.

These beliefs are often unconscious,

But they shape the way we approach life and our goals.

By acknowledging them and letting them go,

You open the door to new possibilities.

Sit back,

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale slowly.

Close your eyes and become present with yourself.

Let's take a moment to check in with your body.

How are you feeling right now?

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.

Now,

Think about a goal or desire you've had for a while.

It could be something you've hesitated to pursue or something you've felt is out of reach.

Ask yourself,

What belief or story do I tell myself that makes this goal feel impossible?

As an action item,

Let's write down the limiting belief or thought that comes up for you.

For example,

It might be,

I'm not good enough or I'm too old to make a change.

Acknowledge that this is just a story,

Not the truth of who you are.

Underneath that belief you wrote down,

Write a more empowering thought.

What is a more loving,

Supportive belief that you can adopt?

For example,

I'm more than capable or it's never too late to start.

Reflect on how this new belief feels.

How does it shift your energy or perspective?

What is possible when you release the limiting belief and embrace your true potential?

Let's close with an affirmation.

Take a deep breath in and repeat after me.

I release all beliefs that limit my growth and embrace the truth of my potential.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Trust that this new belief will empower your actions from this moment forward.

Hoping I'll see you again tomorrow for day three.
