Have you ever been on a boat? Or can you imagine what being on a boat would feel like? Tonight we will go on a boat and set sail for a super nice sleep! Put on your life jacket and sunglasses and let's go on a relaxing trip to sleep.

Have you ever been on a boat?

Or can you imagine what being on a boat would feel like?

Tonight we will go on a boat and set sail for a super nice sleep.

So let's lay down and make sure we're all comfortable.

Pillows nice and fluffy?

Snuggle blanket or stuffy ready?

Go?

Good.

Now close your eyes.

Take a nice deep breath.

Do you smell the nice fresh sea air?

It's kind of cool the air.

The sun shines on your face.

The sunshine is nice and warm.

There's a smile on your face because you know you are going on an adventure.

You step on the boat.

It's a really nice boat.

Can you see the boat in your night?

The boat moves gently,

Very gently as you walk up it.

You take a nice comfortable seat.

The best seat on the boat really because you can sit all the way to the horizon.

The water is calm and glistens in the sunshine.

It's like magical twinkles on a mirror.

The boat gently flows onto the water.

The gentle breeze of the cool air pushes it onto the sea.

The small waves make the boat move up and down.

The boat moves gently like your belly up and down.

The seagull flies over.

The water makes gentle splashing sounds as you move over it.

Other than the gentle sound of the water,

It's completely quiet.

Your thoughts drift away.

The boat keeps moving with your belly as you breathe up and down.

Slowly,

Gently,

Makes you feel calm and relaxed.

You look out over the twinkling water.

It feels so serene,

So perfect,

So calm and safe.

The sun warms your body to a perfect temperature.

The soft breeze cools your cheeks.

The boat keeps flowing further and further,

So slowly and gently as it moves up and down.

Some clouds drift by in the sky above.

They look like little touch of cotton candy.

They make you smile and feel happy inside.

The boat keeps gliding calmly towards the horizon.

Slowly,

The sun is setting,

Discoloring the sky.

It's going from a bright blue to a deep orange.

It looks so nice.

It feels good that you're slowly moving,

Slowly moving to it.

The further the boat moves to the horizon,

The more tired you start to feel.

It feels as though the more the sky colors,

The more your body gets filled with sleep.

You are really starting to feel sleepy now while the boat keeps rocking you gently up and down.

You are feeling so relaxed,

So happy,

So safe and so perfect.

Your body relaxes and lets go of all thoughts.

You look at the horizon.

It looks like it's getting closer.

It's slowly turning darker.

Your body feels sleepier and sleepier.

You see the moon appear in the sky,

And like magic,

Little stars start to appear.

The sky is turning darker and darker.

The moonlight is golden and beautiful.

The stars twinkle their reflection in the water.

You know it's time to surrender to your sleepy feelings now.

Just let go and let your body drift into sleep in the gently rocking boat.

So gently,

So safe,

So happy.
