Welcome to day 3 of making this your best year yet.

Today we will focus on cultivating gratitude.

Gratitude is one of the most powerful tools for shifting our mindset.

When we actively practice gratitude,

We train our brains to see abundance rather than lack.

Find a comfortable seat,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Exhale slowly.

Allow your body to relax and your mind to settle.

Bring your awareness to your heart.

Now think of something in your life that you're truly grateful for.

It could be something simple like the sun shining or the comfort of your home.

Or something more significant like a loving relationship or good health.

Allow yourself to truly feel the gratitude in your body.

Take a deep breath in and embrace the gratitude.

As an action item,

Write down 10 things you're grateful for today.

They can be big or small,

Anything that brings you joy or peace.

As you write,

Feel the emotions of gratitude rise within you.

Allow yourself to bask in the warmth of these blessings.

Think about how does it feel to focus on the blessings in your life.

When we take time to acknowledge what we have,

We naturally attract more of it.

Reflect on how your perception shifts when you focus on gratitude.

Let's affirm our gratitude.

Take a deep breath in and repeat after me.

Gratitude fills my heart and I attract abundance in all forms.

Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.

Let gratitude continue to flow through you throughout your day.
