Hey there,
My name is Lisa and this is a meditation meant to beautifully reframe grounding into the earth.
The earth element is not just the literal ground,
But an essence of what grounds us.
Love,
Connection,
Home,
Support,
Joy,
Peace.
Earth as an essence of safety,
Even if it feels far away,
Even if we feel untethered from that seed,
That root.
This meditation is meant to anchor us in that energy of earthing and groundedness,
Reminding us that we are all earth,
And this energy never goes away.
We just need a moment to remember.
From here,
Let's do a breath and visualization exercise.
I want you to go ahead and take a moment to visualize yourself at your most grounded.
Feeling safe,
Secure,
Full,
Whole,
And so connected to the core center of you and all that is grounding you to this present moment,
To this life that is yours.
What does this beautiful soul look like as they move through life grounded,
Centered,
And completely one with the energy and space that does ground them.
And I invite you to breathe into this vision,
Breathe deeply into it,
Feeling the belly and chest expand,
Inhale hold the vision,
And exhale feel that vision move down to heart space,
To belly,
To knees,
To feet,
To earth,
To core of the earth,
Allowing it to be your foundation and fertilizer to bloom into presence.
Breathing into the vision,
Inhaling into it,
Feeling it fill up your mind,
Your heart,
Your belly,
The seat,
Your seat,
And exhale it moves down,
Down past the hips,
Past the knees,
The ankles,
The toes,
To the earth.
Last time at your own pace,
Breathing in and sighing out.
Breathing naturally,
Allowing yourself to be held in this energy.
This energy is always here for you,
It is not fleeting,
It is a part of you.
And I invite you to set an intention for this practice,
Let this intention anchor you into your energy of you at your most grounded.
And from this space of really feeling your seat,
The earth underneath you,
And this groundedness within you,
I thank you so much for joining me my friends.
Feel free to share how you found the practice in the challenge forum,
And I will see you next time.
Namaste.
