Lesson 1

The Power Of Manifestation

Today, we will explore what manifestation is and how our dreams and goals are reflections of who we are at our core nature. We will explore the Yoga philosophy of Atman. We will do a visualization exercise of you at your happiest, getting clear on what you want, setting an intention, and then, creating a goal to complete by the end of the course. Feel free to always have a pen and paper near you, in case there is a journaling exercise.

Lesson 2

Your Dreams Are The Dreams Of The Universe

Explaining Yoga philosophy’s, "Lila", we discover how everything in the universe comes from this energy of storytelling. Today I will be sharing the inspirational story of the Wright Brothers and how Lila came into play for manifesting the idea of the airplane. Bringing it back to the student on how their dreams are so much more than selfish dreams that can only benefit them. Because of the interconnectedness of the Universe, our dreams can benefit so many, and we will be exploring how your dreams can potentially change not only your life but the life of others. You will need a pen and paper for the exercise on writing the story of your dreams already lived, and seeing how many people your dreams can benefit.

Lesson 3

Agreements

What are agreements, and how do they work against us? Today we're exploring yoga philosophy's “samskara”, what that is, and exploring how "agreements" are made. Exploring how agreements and samskara make up our conditioning and perspective. We will also be deep diving into how these two subjects can hold us back from achieving and pursuing goals, turning from storylines into mental and spiritual obstructions to our happiest lives. Our exercise will be on observing the agreements of our surroundings life. This includes studying people and the society around us, as well as observing how these agreements make up the perspectives of our world.

Lesson 4

Agreements, The Ego & Maya

Today we will learn what ego is in the terms of yoga philosophy. I will also speak about what maya is, and how that plays a role in our agreements. We will explore how unchecked ego can play a role in the agreements we make. How this can breed illusion. This class is meant to help us recognize the illusions around our goal. Always have a pen and paper for journaling, as we explore negative emotions, illusions, and ego around our goals.

Lesson 5

Breaking Agreements of Fear

Welcome to Day 5! Today we will be speaking about fear and the ego. One thing people feel is fear when it comes to pursuing a happier and healthier life. Today I will give you some tools on how to recognize that fear can be deeply rooted in old agreements and ego. We will learn how fear shows up in different ways when succeeding in our happiest lives, or in trying to pursue happier lives. We will also be learning about the importance of what we say, and how our words impact us. Make sure you have a pen handy, because we will be writing a new agreement to use at a tool to release old agreements based on fear.

Lesson 6

Releasing Judgement Of Yourself & Others

This is one of my favorite parts of manifestation - how judgment and ego play a role in living authentic lives, happy lives. Today we will be exploring how judgment shows up. We will be speaking about jealousy, comaprison, and envy and how these things showing up can really bring your further away from living and manifesting a happier and healthier life. I will be speaking about the importance of releasing judgment and how to release it while reminding you that judgment is a distraction on doing the work toward manifesting a happier and healthier life. Get your pen handy for the homework assignment after.

Lesson 7

Obstacles & Universal Curveballs

Today we will speak about how to use obstacles as opportunities. I use the term "universal curveball" to describe the intense challenges we face as human beings. I will be sharing a story that will further explain the importance of not panicking, reminding us that panic and fear lead us further and further away from who we truly are. Our exercise will be looking at every obstacle that comes to us as an opportunity to grow. Even in the face of loss, heartache, and pain there is room to grow and become stronger. Today we will face our fears and cultivate tools we can use when it comes to "universal curveballs" and the basic unavoidable challenges of life. We take these moments of crisis and turning them into opportunites of spiritual and mental growth and awareness.

Lesson 8

Cultivating Patience

What is your dharma? Today we will be learning what that is and how "learning to love the steps in between our journey" is part of the fun and blessing of living a happy and healthy life. We will be learning about “Samtosha”, or "Santosha" and how it aids us in patience and enjoying the journey. Recognizing that amazing things take time, that there is no need to fast forward through our lives and there is no need to fear, recognizing that you are exactly where you are meant to be in “divine time”.

Lesson 9

Choosing Faith Over Fear

Welcome to day 9 where we will be exploring “Ishavara Pranidahana”, or the idea of having faith in something more then the reality in front of you. Today we will use the tool of faith to honor your Dharma and to recognize that you must trust to make space for more. We will be speaking about how believing in miracles, is something that not only aids in manifestation, but reminds us of who we are. Get your pen and paper because we will be writing an old agreement based on fear, and writing a new agreement based on love and trust.

Living Your Intention

What does living your intention mean? Welcome to the last day of our online course where I will speak about the importance of living your intention. We will be exploring the work behind living your intention. How living your intention raises the vibration of who you are deep down inside, to everything else around you. We will be ending the course with a small visualization practice. Congratulations on completing your course! Feel free to journal on your journey and progress so far.
