Thank you for taking time for yourself today to press play so that you can become centered and grounded and fully aware and present for the day.
Now I understand that taking time to meditate every day is not easy,
But when you do,
The benefits are innumerable.
Not only do you walk into the room differently,
Your energy is different,
Which has the power to change every interaction,
Every email you send,
Every text you respond with,
To make it at a higher level,
A higher vibration,
So that not only are you happier,
Which is the point,
But you are in a position to uplift everyone that you come into contact with just by your vibration.
Now because I know it's not easy to meditate every day,
This is going to be for those of us who really don't have time today,
But you know how important it is and so you're making that time.
So let's get started.
Get settled.
You can do this meditation laying flat on your back,
In a chair,
In your car before you go to work.
It doesn't matter.
The point is to be present and alert.
So let's begin.
Let's take a deep breath in now together.
Hold at the top and let it go.
Deep breath in.
Hold.
Let it go.
Hold.
Let it go.
Deep breath in.
Hold.
Release.
Release.
Deep breath in.
Hold.
And as you release,
Keep pushing.
Push out more air than you'd like.
And breathe.
Already,
After four short breaths,
Controlled and mindful,
You should already feel your shoulders relaxing.
Keep breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
Just become aware of the sensation of your breath.
Something so common,
So under the radar,
But now your mind is intensely focused upon it.
Just this little insight into how what you focus on becomes your reality is enough to open the window to the mysteries of so much more.
The invisible forces supporting you in your life,
Always.
If you can become aware of them and tune into that,
You really do have the power to change your life,
Just to become happier.
So keep breathing.
Keep relaxing into your body.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head and trickle down,
Down,
Down,
Gracing each beautiful body part.
And as you do,
Relax further into this meditation.
Relax further into your body.
And as you do,
You should start to feel your heart space warm and expand outward.
You may even feel chills now and wonder why is this happening?
It's because your body is so relaxed.
It's because your body has been craving your attention and love.
So keep trickling your awareness down,
Down your arms and your wrists,
Your fingers.
Come back to your heart.
Feel the furthering expansion there,
The warm,
Good feeling.
Bring it down into your belly,
Down into your hips,
Separating any tension,
Releasing any tension,
Eliminating any tension.
Down further into your hamstrings and quads.
Release with every breath.
Down into your knees,
Down your shins and calves,
To your ankles,
Your feet,
To the tips of your toes.
Everything in your body is connected.
Your body is listening to your thoughts.
But how wonderful that you are the driver of your thoughts.
If you start to notice that you're criticizing yourself or fearful thoughts are coming up one after another,
Become aware of that tendency and step away.
You have the power to stop those thoughts in their tracks.
Just by noticing that they're thoughts,
You don't have to believe them.
Instead,
Believe that you are beautiful,
You are intelligent,
You are infinite.
In this moment right now,
With all of us meditating together,
See that truth.
Keep breathing.

Your alchemy is almost complete.
So come back into your body now.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and let it all go.
If you have to get to work or get in the shower or get the kids,
Notice how differently you move.
Notice how differently you see things.
You have changed your vibration to a higher level.
