Thank you so much for taking the time to tune into yourself,
To access a higher knowing your higher self by getting quiet,
Focusing on your breathing,
And allowing infinite wisdom and knowledge that exists within you to come through.
Today's meditation goes beyond just meditation and feeling good and less stressed.
Today's meditation is really about taking yourself to the next level of inner knowing,
Of intuition,
And even if you've never done anything like this before,
I'm sure that there are moments in your life where you knew something without having the ability to know it logically.
The fact that you're tuning in already confirms that.
So today's practice will strengthen that within you and allow your own infinite wisdom and intuition and knowing to shine through when you need it,
Even when you don't expect it.
So let's begin by sinking into our body,
Becoming familiar with every part,
To not live so much in our heads,
To ground,
Igniting our root chakra.
And with every breath,
Bring your attention from the lowest part of you,
Your root chakra,
Up,
Igniting that next chakra.
So if you're now breathing through and igniting your red root chakra,
You're moving up into your lower pelvis,
Igniting that orange chakra.
And when I say igniting,
I want you to picture a spinning ball.
And you want to forcibly,
In your mind's eye,
Break away any stagnation and spin it faster.
This is your creativity,
Your life force.
Yes,
It's sexual energy,
But it's more than that.
It's creating new opportunities,
Creating new rendezvous,
New events in your life that you never thought possible by clearing away any blockages to this area.
It's not just sex.
Spin that faster and faster.
And with your breath,
Bring up your attention into your solar plexus,
Which is yellow.
It's your confidence,
Your Leo energy.
Spin that ball faster and faster.
Know who you are.
Know your worth.
Know your power.
Even if people broke you down or told you you weren't as magnificent as you are,
Do their actions or words.
Let that fall aside.
Has nothing to do with you.
Absolutely nothing.
Spin that yellow ball until you feel your inner lion growing.
You're not afraid to be,
To stay,
To feel exactly as you do.
Bring it up into your heart space,
The green ball,
Faster and faster.
Open your heart,
Send loving energy to anyone that you may know who needs it,
Perhaps who you wouldn't normally send it to.
Let them feel how powerful your energy is.
Don't be surprised if you hear from them a few short days after this meditation.
You send out this loving energy,
Not so much for them,
But for yourself,
For your peace,
For your energy within that's life giving and healing and rejuvenating.
You're completely self sustained and with strong heart energy,
You can truly do anything.
Bringing it up further into your throat,
Blue spinning ball to speak your truth,
To not be afraid.
When you see injustice,
You call it out,
You don't wait for someone else to do it.
You don't follow the lead,
You follow your own heart,
Higher guidance and not judging,
Not feeling superior,
Just aligning the higher energy within you.
You are infinite and connected to something bigger than any of us can comprehend.
Speak for every unseen force that works through you for good.
You have power to your voice more than you ever knew.
Bringing up your attention now to your third eye,
Spot between your eyes,
Your intuition why you're here today.
Spin this purple ball,
Decalcifying your pineal gland so that you can see and hear things that you never realized you could.
This is your intuition,
Your clairaudience,
Your clairvoyance,
However inner knowing manifests for you.
Imagine flaking off of every blockage that was on there before so that you truly can see the world for what it is and for what it can be because you are now awakening and using your intuition to be a better human and to uplift the lives of everyone you touch,
Even just energetically.
When you walk into a room,
Others notice you.
They feel that there's something different entering.
It's undeniable when you do this work.
Spin the ball faster and faster and then when you're ready,
Use that energy from your root chakra all the way above your head to your higher self,
Your crown chakra emanating out of your skull around your body in a white golden light.
And with a rhythm,
The vibration,
Spin the ball simultaneously and imagine a cycle happening up and down and around and up until you're almost in a state of ecstasy.
Do this for the next several breaths and when it's time to come out,
I'll let you know.
Come back to consciousness out of the ether.
As much as you're in your body,
You're also connected to the other world,
The other side.
Use that energy.
Use that infinite knowledge.
Bring it into your day.
Ask your higher self when you need to make a decision.
Get quiet and listen to the answers.
You might be surprised how quickly they come and the more you do it,
The more you'll trust yourself.
And you'll know that not only does the universe have your back,
But there are ancestors and spiritual beings who want you to ascend,
Who want you to raise happy,
Healthy,
Enlightened children for the next stage of all of our evolution.
You're so much more powerful than you realize.
You came here to remember that.
