In this meditation, I hope to guide you through the rose garden of your heart with the power of grounding affirmations and repetitive prayer following the roadmap of the mystical rosary. We'll be connecting to Mother Earth and Father Sun, as well as our own heart's desires-- our divinity. This is both an opportunity to raise the heart's vibration as well as manifest what we most need and want in our lives. Mama always finds ways of answering our prayers, often creatively, and I hope to share that magic with you here. There are no materials required for this practice, though you are always welcome bring your beads and count along. This practice can be done seated, lying down, or walking mindfully. One may find both flowers and thorns in the rose garden, but hand in hand with our Mother, with each other, we have nothing to fear. Music: "Open Heart" by Chris Collins

Welcome to your mystical rosary meditation.

In today's practice,

We shall walk together through the grounded mysteries,

A series of pillars on which to rest our dreams and our desires,

As well as our pains and challenges.

As we make our way through the mysteries and prayers,

I invite you to allow them to settle into your heart,

So you may more deeply feel the connection we are building with the Divine Mother,

Welcoming in miraculous energy.

Let's practice the art of letting go of worry and accepting the wonder of possibility.

There will be five mysteries with four prayer recitations in between.

As part of our final prayer in the circle,

There will be time to name the desires of your heart to our mother before we seal our journey together.

Find a comfortable place to sit,

Lie down,

Or even take this meditation with you on a walk.

Gather your beads if you have them.

No worries if not,

And take a few deep breaths,

Grounding our energy,

Settling into our space.

Feel where your body rests against the earth,

Gravity anchoring the sits bones,

Legs,

Feet,

The back,

However you're positioned.

Now recall,

If you can,

The cool touch of water,

The smell of churned soil,

Fresh and rich,

The warmth of the sun on your skin,

The sound of waves breaking on the shore,

The sensations of belonging,

Knowing that we are always held,

Never alone.

I call upon the Father,

The Mother,

And the Holy Children.

Blessed be.

The first grounded mystery,

The mystery of love.

Your seasons come,

Your love be done,

On earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily sustenance.

Teach us to forgive ourselves and each other as you forgive us,

And lead us out of this illusion of separation,

And into the clarity of beloved community.

Amen.
