Begin to picture an indigo blue wheel appearing in your line of focus.
Allow this wheel to spin clockwise as your third eye chakra opens and balances.
Slowly and steadily,
This wheel continues to spin above you.
Begin to see a beautiful blue light emanating from this wheel in your third eye.
Allow this light to bathe you in a sense of calm,
Knowing you are always guided.
Slowly immerse yourself in this healing light while repeating the following affirmations three times.
