I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose and a big open mouth exhale.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and open mouth exhale.
Let it go with your nose.

Allowing your body to be completely relaxed,
Entirely at ease.
Knowing that you are guided,
You are supported and the universe loves you.
The universe is always guiding you and your answers lie within.

Now I want you to imagine that you were surrounded by this bubble of energy,
This bubble of white light.
See it or sense it or feel it in your mind.
Knowing that in this bubble you are completely protected,
You are entirely supported,
You are 100% safe.
And now I want you to imagine all of this beautiful energy around you that you could breathe it in,
That you could breathe it into your body.
Let it go.
Let it go.

And now I want you to imagine all of this beautiful energy around you,
That you could breathe it in,
That you could breathe it into your wisdom,
Your knowledge,
Trust,
Your faith,
Your connection to the divine.
And that when you inhale it in,
That energy swirls throughout your body,
Bathing every single cell in your body with that beautiful white light.
With every inhalation,
You're bringing the wisdom you already are connected to inside.
Keep your connection to your breath.
Keep visualizing with every inhale that you're breathing more of that light,
More of that infinite wisdom into your body.
Now with every exhalation,
I just want you to focus on letting go.
Letting go of anything that's blocking you from hearing your answers.
You don't have to know what it is.
Just intend,
Just intend with every exhalation.
You're letting go of any blocks,
Letting go of any fears,
Letting go of any stories or reasons why it's not safe to trust yourself,
To trust spirit.
Every exhalation brings you closer to your wisdom,
Your inner knowing.
Now let's combine those two with every inhale.
You're breathing in that beautiful white light,
Infinite knowledge that you already have access to.
With every exhale,
You're letting go of any energetic residue in your body,
Preventing you from hearing your answers.
Inhale to bring in more infinite wisdom and knowledge.
Exhale letting go of anything in your way.
Three more breath cycles.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
One more time.
Inhale and exhale.
Now,
I want you to imagine that you're on top of a beautiful golden staircase.
And as I count down from 10 to one,
We'll take a step down.
And every step down is just going to bring you deeper into your body,
Into your knowing,
Into the seat of your intuition,
Allowing you to truly connect in with your gut,
With your heart,
With your third eye,
Those three different centers of intuition.
Starting at step one,
Or at step 10,
Excuse me,
You'll step down to nine.
Just allow yourself to feel whatever comes up as you trust that every step brings you more awareness,
More answers,
More knowledge.
As you step down to eight,
Even see that step light up.
Stepping down to seven,
Out of your conscious mind,
Into your body,
Where all of your answers live.
Stepping down to six.
And again,
See that step light up and shine and glow.
Stepping down to five.
Breathing deeper,
Relaxing deeper.
Stepping down to four.
Feeling more trusting,
More confident,
More centered.
Stepping down to three.
Letting go of the conscious mind's need to control,
The need to find the answers.
Instead,
As you step down to two,
You feel that deep wisdom that you have.
You feel that deep trust that you have.
Stepping down to one.
Knowing that all of your answers live within,
All you need to do is to be still and to listen.
I want you to see in front of you a hallway of doors.
See the hallway of doors in your mind's eye and start walking down the hallway.
As you walk down the hallway and you pass doors,
Just notice what they look like.
Notice how you feel as you're walking past the doors,
Really connecting into your body.
Feel yourself intuitively called to a door.
You can't explain it logically,
But it just feels like it's the right door for you to walk up to.
See yourself standing now in front of that door.
Just notice how it feels in front of your body,
In your body in front of that door.
See yourself reaching out,
Opening up the door,
Walking through the door.
As you walk into this room,
You see a figure.
It's a personification of your intuition,
Your higher self,
Your inner knowledge.
So take a moment to see whatever your mind gives you as the image of your intuition,
Your higher self.
Take it all in.
Then find a comfortable spot in the room to sit down with this individual.
Look this person in the eye.
Just notice what you see.
How does it feel sitting next to this person in your body?
Then this person reaches out,
Places a hand on your heart and instructs for you to do the same.
You place your hand on their heart.
You're connected heart to heart,
Eye to eye,
And then see yourself even leaning forward and connecting forehead to forehead,
Third eye to third eye.
Another question you might have on your mind right now,
I invite you to ask this person this intuition,
And then allow yourself to hear or feel the answer through your heart,
Through your third eye,
Through your body.
You may also use the observation of mindfulness.
You you You're going to say thank you with the information the wisdom Stand up Walk out of the room Close the door behind you And walk down the hallway one more time See yourself passing a variety of doors They might light up as you pass them Notice how you're feeling as you're walking past the doors Intuitively again you feel yourself pulled to another door And intuitively you know that behind this door It's also your intuition with another important message for you He didn't hear the last time But it's perfect timing right now in this moment to hear it So see yourself standing in front of this door What does it look like?
What does it look like As you reach out and open the door walk through the doorway see yourself in a new room And again you'll see a figure in the room that may or may not look the same as the figure you saw before Just perfectly normal your intuition speaks to you in a variety of ways So find a comfortable place to sit with this person Look into their eyes Place your hands on each other's hearts Place your foreheads together a third eye to third eye You know this person has a very important message for you So you allow yourself to receive and listen You After you've received your message Say thank you And stand up and walk out of the room and shut the door behind you And pause for a moment and look up and down this hallway of doors Noticing that it goes on Forever in either direction There are so many doors Infinite amount of answers to any query that you might have Just pause and remind yourself that you can come back to this hallway at any time You can open any door at any time to hear your answers within But for now you're gonna walk back down the hallway the way you came Find yourself back at the base of the staircase This time as we travel up from one to ten We're gonna take all of the information with you All of the information that you heard consciously But also all of the information that you heard unconsciously The answers are all within you So stepping up from one to two Two to three Stepping up to four and five Stepping up to four and five Bringing that wisdom with you Knowing that every cell of your body has that knowledge Stepping up to six Stepping up to seven Stepping up to eight Stepping up to nine Stepping up to ten Take your time to come back into the room And perhaps pull out your journal and write down what you saw What you heard What you experienced And come back to this meditation whenever you need to access your answers that are always within you You
