I want you to scan through your body from head to toe.
Just consciously bring the breath through the entire body.
As if you could breathe an entire wave of relaxation from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes.
As if this moment were the most relaxing moment you've ever experienced.
Now I want you to see yourself at the top of a staircase.
I'm going to count down from 10 to 1.
And with every count from 10 to 1,
You're going to take a step down the staircase.
Going to travel deep into your subconscious mind.
With every step down,
You're going to feel more and more relaxed.
Starting with step 10,
Taking a step down to 9.
Feeling more relaxed,
More peaceful.
Stepping down to 8,
Breathing deeper,
Feeling more relaxed and calm.
Stepping down to 7.
Notice that your breathing has slowed down even more.

Feeling more relaxed,
More at peace.
Stepping down to 5,
Sinking deeper.
Stepping down to 4,
Letting go of the conscious mind,
Letting go of any thoughts.
Just allowing yourself to be present and aware.
Stepping down to 3.
Stepping down to 2,
Sinking deeper.
Stepping down to 1.
Completely present,
Entirely relaxed,
Available to hear the messages and the wisdom of your subconscious mind.
In front of you is a door.
This is no ordinary door.
This is a magical door.
And behind the door you are going to meet your future self,
Who has already manifested what you desire to manifest.
Behind this door you will see your destiny.
What is meant for you.
What is in your future.
And in a few moments your subconscious mind will show you exactly what's on your future path,
Your future timeline.
But before you open the door,
Just look at the door.
What does it look like?
What's the texture?
What's the material?
What's the color?
Take in everything that you can about this door.
And now see your hand reach out and open up that door.
And as you open the door you are greeted with a vision of your future self living your future life,
Who already is living this big beautiful manifestation that you've always wanted to create.
See your future self now living out your dream life.
What is your future self doing?
What is your future self wearing?
Take in all the details of this scene.
See your future self already living this manifestation,
This goal that you've wanted for so long.
Allow your subconscious mind to show you exactly what it looks like.
But not only that,
Allow yourself to feel exactly what it feels like.
Do you feel proud?
Do you feel excited?
Do you feel grateful?
Do you feel happy?
How do you feel seeing this finally come to pass?
Take your time step into this image.
Walk around.
What can you see?
What can you touch?
Allow it to be as real as stepping into a movie.
And now that you've had some time to explore this scene where your manifestation has come to pass,
You catch eyes with your future self.
And your future self invites you to sit down at a table.
So the two of you have a seat.
And together you're going to have a little bit of a conversation.
Your future self wants to offer you insight and guidance.
Your future self wants to help alleviate any worries or concerns or fears that you might have about your manifestation coming to pass.
So sit across from your future self and allow them to talk to you.
Open up your heart.
Open up your mind.
Allow your future self to share with you everything that you need to know about allowing your manifestation to happen.
Are there steps that you need to take?
Are there maybe actions that you need to stop taking?
And of course,
Is there anything your future self needs to tell you to help alleviate any concerns or worries that you might have?
And now,
Open up your heart.
And now it's your turn to reply.

Either based on what you just heard right now,

Now's the time to ask and then be still and listen.

Allow yourself to bask in those feelings one more time.

And now you're gonna walk back out of that door,
Out of that scene in your future life.
And as you shut the door,
You're gonna feel a sense of gratitude.
Be grateful for the glimpse into your future.
Allow yourself to feel certain.
It's done.
You've already seen it.
You've already felt it.
You know what needs to be done.
You know you are on the path to manifest this.
So allow yourself to feel those feelings of gratitude.
