Welcome.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Lying down with your body fully supported.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

With each breath feel your body begin to relax,

Letting go of any tension or stress.

Let your muscles soften and your mind quiet.

Now,

Gently bring your awareness to your feet.

Feel them relax completely.

Then move up your legs,

Your hips and back.

Allow each part of your body to release any remaining tension.

Sinking deeper into relaxation.

Noticing as your stomach,

Your chest,

Your arms,

Your shoulders,

Your neck and head.

All becoming so relaxed.

With each exhale feel your body become lighter,

Your breath deeper and your mind calmer.

Imagine a warm,

Calming light surrounding you,

Bringing peace to every part of your body.

Let this light fill you with a sense of safety and tranquility.

As if you are floating on a gentle cloud.

Your whole body is supported,

Relaxed and at ease.

Now,

Let go of all of your thoughts,

Letting them drift away like the clouds.

Your mind is quiet,

Your body completely still.

It's time to rest.

Allow yourself to fall into a deep,

Peaceful sleep.

Knowing that you will wake,

Feeling refreshed and calm.
