Hello,

Welcome to this affirmation meditation for self love,

Positive body image and confidence.

Take this moment to relax fully.

You can also use this meditation to fall asleep as it will be soft spoken and calming throughout.

So get yourself into a comfortable position,

Somewhere that's quiet and where you won't be disturbed.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And again breathing in and out.

Notice the rise and fall in your stomach as you breathe in all the way down and breathe out fully,

Releasing any tension.

I want you to take a moment to focus on your body.

Notice how your body feels right now,

Any tension or pressure that you feel within you or within your muscles.

Focus on your toes and your feet,

The feet that take each step for you every day.

Allow them to fully relax right now.

Focus on your legs,

From your calves to your thighs,

The legs that carry you from place to place.

As you breathe in relaxation and breathe out tension.

Allow your legs to relax.

Focus on your hips,

Up to your stomach and your back.

These areas often hold so much pressure.

Focus on how they feel right now.

And notice the pressure leaving each and every muscle as you purposefully begin to release tension from these areas.

Breathing in relaxation and breathing out tension.

Focus on your chest and your shoulders.

Notice your chest rising and falling with every deep breath,

Rising and falling.

And with your next deep breath,

Imagine that you are releasing any aches or pains within your body as you exhale.

Focus on your arms,

Down to your hands and fingers.

Notice them sinking into the surface below you as you become more and more relaxed.

And finally,

Focus on your head,

A place where you hold all of your thoughts,

Your stress,

Your happiness and sadness.

Give yourself permission to be fully relaxed right now.

Give your mind permission to accept each and every word I'm about to say.

Allow each of these affirmations to enter your mind and allow yourself to truly believe that these affirmations are your own beliefs about yourself and about your body.

I love my body and I love myself.

I deserve to be treated with love and respect.

I enjoy feeling good.

I deserve to feel good.

I am comfortable in my own skin.

Even if I don't see how amazing I am,

There is someone who does.

I am loved and admired.

It's not about working on myself,

It's about being okay with who I already am.

I love and respect myself.

My body can do amazing things.

My body is a gift.

I treat it with love and respect.

I trust the wisdom of my body.

Seeing myself as I am right now is the first step in growing and evolving.

My opinion of myself is the only one that counts.

I eat for energy and nourishment.

I eat a variety of foods for my health,

Wellness and enjoyment.

My wellbeing is the most important thing to me.

I am responsible for taking care of me.

No one has the power to make me feel bad about myself without my permission.

My needs are just as important as anyone else's.

Other people don't dictate my choices for me.

I know what's best for myself.

Taking care of myself feels good.

I am perfect and complete just the way I am.
