I hope that you are doing well today.
If you are feeling unproductive or unmotivated right now,
Then we are about to change that.
I want you to take a moment to think about one thing that you have achieved this year,
Whether it's passing a test or starting a new job,
Learning a new skill,
Whatever it is that comes to your mind when you think about this year and you think about all of the things that you have achieved,
Little and big,
Pick one of the things that stands out to you.
And I want you to remember how you felt when you achieved that thing.
So the feeling of happiness,
How proud you felt and how proud others felt towards you as well.
And how it felt to be able to say out loud that you had achieved this thing.
Think about that moment now,
The moment when you realised you had achieved this thing and the happiness that you felt because of that.
Okay,
And now I want you to imagine one year from now,
What do you want to be thinking about when I ask you what you have achieved this year?
What do you want this next achievement to be?
Imagine right now that you are living your life next year,
One year from now.
And what is it that you want to think of when I say think about your achievements from this year?
I want you to physically imagine that the thing that you want to achieve,
Your next goal has happened,
You have achieved it.
And right now,
Imagine how happy you feel,
How proud and how brilliant it is to know that you have achieved this new goal of yours.
Imagine the feeling,
Imagine what you will think,
What other people might say towards you,
How proud they are,
How great and how well you have done.
And now I want you to take this feeling and use it today to start the process to reaching this goal.
Whatever your goal is,
However big it is,
There is something that you can do today to get yourself a step closer,
Even something little,
Even getting up,
Getting ready today and writing a to-do list of how to reach that goal.
That is enough to make a little step in reaching that goal.
You are the only person who can do that right now.
Only you,
Only you can get up right now and make it happen.
No one is going to force you,
No one is coming to drag you and say to you,
Get up.
So I guess that's my job for today.
I am telling you right now,
Get up and do the little steps to get to that goal.
This is your time to do it.
You have clicked here for a reason.
You are still listening to this for a reason.
And that reason is that you are determined to be productive.
You are determined to succeed.
You want to feel that motivation and that push to get up and just do it.
And now I want you to prove to yourself today that you can do this.
You can make this happen.
So no more waiting around,
No more just allowing yourself to push these things aside.
This goal is important to you and so you need to just get up and make it happen.
So right now I want you to take a second and just think what am I going to do today to make this happen.
Don't set too many to do list tasks because it can become overwhelming.
Just give yourself maybe three things that you are going to do today to make yourself a step closer to this goal.
Take a moment,
Think about it.
Okay,
If that wasn't enough time,
Take some more time when this is finished and then just go out and do it.
I have faith in you,
I believe in you,
You have got this.

You are going to make this work.
