This is an 80-second reset you can use anywhere on the course. After a bad swing, a poorly played hole, or just an unlucky break, it's hard to shake the feeling. It builds, carries into the next shot, and before you know it one hole has become three. Stop. Headphones in. 80 seconds. A few guided deep breaths with a Schumann resonance tone underneath — the Earth's natural frequency, shown to support calm and mental clarity. The deep breath work stimulates the vagus nerve, shifting your body out of fight-or-flight and back into focus. Best experienced through over-ear or high-quality headphones.
