This series of short meditation breaks is intended to bring masculine and feminine together. If you wish to use this as a masculine practice, you'll focus on what is said and repeating it mentally or out loud if possible, directed at the feminine. It can be a person, a specific place in nature, a social issue, or any other worldly expression of light or matter. If you wish to use it as the feminine, you will focus on just receiving the words, and letting them bring out in you your deepest and truest expression. It can bring up personal issues, as well as collective ones, you will just allow it to be manifested and released into the world. In this meditation, the affirmations are taken from Ho'oponopono, and they are: I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.
