Hello and welcome, Beautiful being. This is a guided meditation to harmonize the masculine and feminine within. It's a divine union, Mars meets Venus, But without the drama. So tonight, We're bringing a little balance back to the cosmic love story that's been misunderstood for far too long. You've probably heard it before, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, But let's be honest, Whether we're from Mars, Venus, Earth, Or somewhere in between, You've got a little bit of both planets pulsing through you. You've got the action hero, Logic loving, Fix it energy. And you've also got the intuitive, Emotional, Feels everything before it happens energy. So congratulations, You're galactically gifted. Tonight's meditation isn't about choosing sides, It's about getting those two planets to stop ghosting each other, Ditch the drama, And finally, Align their orbits. So let's get comfy in the cosmos. Find a comfortable position, You can be seated, Lying down, Or levitating, No pressure. Close your eyes, And breathe like you mean it. Letting your body soften, And letting your mind stop debating what's for dinner, Just be here. So we're not trying to ascend to another dimension tonight, We're just trying to get Mars and Venus to sit at the same dinner table without flipping it. So let's settle in with some breathing. Breath of the universe, Chill out mode. Inhale through your nose, Like you're smelling something sweet divine. Exhale through your mouth, Like you're blowing out birthday candles. Feel your breath, Gently flowing through your body. Imagine it weaving its way through the stars, Visiting Venus with all her silk scarves and emotional depth. Then gliding past Mars, Who's doing push-ups in the corner, Flexing his sense of purpose. Let your breath introduce them. Let them say, Hey, You're not so bad. And now we're calling in inner Venus, Divine feminine. Bring your awareness to the left side of your body, That's the realm of inner Venus. She's dreamy, Magnetic, Wise, And might cry at dog food commercials, That's all okay. Breathe into her energy, Inviting intuition, Flow, Softness, Creativity, Emotional brilliance. Breathe it all in. So this isn't about being delicate, It's about being powerful in your vulnerability. Just like Beyonce in a ball gown, Holding a sword. So let Venus glide into your heart, Eyes, And thoughts. She's not here to fix you, She's here to remind you, You were never broken. And now let's shift our awareness to the right side. Welcoming in, Inner Mars, Divine masculine. This right side is the land of Mars. He's focused, Action-orientated, Determined, Probably made a to-do list before you even sat down. But beneath that armor is loyalty, Purpose, And a surprisingly great hugger. Breathe into his presence, Inviting clarity, Structure, Strength, Direction. Let Mars know it's safe to let go of the need to always have the answer. Sometimes the best answer is listening. Let him soften, Not into weakness, But into wisdom. And now we create a space for when Mars and Venus actually get along. Returning your awareness to a balanced breath. And imagining Mars and Venus walking into the same room. Nobody's yelling, There's ambient music, Maybe even snacks. Visualize these energies within you. Masculine and feminine. Logic and emotion. Action and flow. Finally, Looking each other in the eye and saying, Hey, I've missed you. We do better when we're together. Let's co-create instead of compete. Let's be teammates, Not rivals. Let them intertwine like a dance, Like a breath. Like a cosmic rom-com with a good ending. Let them balance you. Not because one fixes the other, But because together they form something whole.
